Excellent
MM371987****I was drawn to the Morpheus hotel's exterior on my last visit to Macau, so this time I specifically booked two nights. The room design is very modern, and all the facilities look brand new, almost unique in Macau.
The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. Whether calling the hotel through the Ctrip app on my phone or contacting room service from the room, the service was professional and attentive. Communication was seamless in either English or Mandarin, and all the staff were very patient. There's luggage storage service available both before check-in and after check-out. If early check-in is possible, the front desk will call to notify you. You can walk to the City of Dreams' free shuttle bus to get to the ferry terminal, airport, and other places. Staff members guide you, and the queues aren't too long, making it very convenient for catching flights.
The hotel lobby is next to the COD casino, with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel gym isn't 24-hour; it opens at 10 AM, requires registration with a staff member, and is relatively small. My room faced Macau University of Science and Technology and the airport, so there wasn't much of a view. Turndown service in the evening included hand cream/essential oil. The fruit platter and mini-bar items were fully replenished each day. The toiletries were a full set from Acqua di Parma, and there was also a Zaha Hadid book in the room.
Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future.
GGuest UserIt was such a pleasant stay at the Okura hotel. We were there to celebrate birthday for 2 family members. The hotel decorated the room and offered a yummy birthday cake and stuffed bears wearing kimono. The kids were so happy. They also accommodated our request to arrange a room close to elevator (literately next to it) to my father-in-law who has reduced mobility. Thomas was supper helpful and nice. There is no in-dining breakfast as the restaurant is under renovation. Would like to come back when it is re-opened.
Ssus****This is an older hotel, but it's still very well-maintained. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is excellent. Luggage storage is convenient, and it's easy to get anywhere by foot or shuttle. It's my favorite hotel when I come to Macau.
JJushifulvxingrijiThe room was spacious and clean with complete amenities, and all the toiletries were L'Occitane products, which really got me interested. When I checked out, the front desk even gave me a sample, which I loved. It's also quite convenient for getting around; there's a light rail just a few hundred meters away that goes straight to the airport. The only downside is that the toothbrush bristles were too hard and made my gums bleed. 😫
AAnonymous UserGrand Lisboa Palace is a very cost-effective hotel in Cotai, and its transportation is quite convenient. You can easily walk across to the Grand Lisboa Palace to catch a shuttle to the airport or Cotai Strip. The rooms are clean, spacious, bright, and comfortable, with a very modern feel. The front desk lady's attitude was a bit indifferent, showing a slight impatience, but the guy at the luggage storage was very enthusiastic and helpful. The breakfast noodles downstairs were a pleasant surprise! Since our room didn't include breakfast, the front desk guy recommended this place. We ordered a 79 RMB single set meal, but it was actually enough for two people with smaller appetites!
MM444146****This hotel is quite old, with a very vintage feel and a strong sense of history.~~
Facilities: Average, generally quite old. I was particularly unhappy with the hairdryer; it was stuck in a drawer, couldn't be pulled out, and was tethered by a cord, making it incredibly difficult to use. It's not like I'm going to steal a hairdryer, it's not even valuable...
Hygiene: Decent.
Environment: Close to Fisherman's Wharf, overall pretty good.
Service: The front desk staff were quite cold, making me wait until well after 3 PM for check-in. I don't think I'll be returning.
CCC TourThis hotel is right next to the Jai Alai Hotel. From Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, it only takes a few minutes to walk here, so not having a good view isn't a big deal—it's really convenient. Although they're currently renovating the exterior, and it can be a bit noisy during the day because they’re working next door, it’s not a problem if you’re out exploring during the day. Also, this hotel has an indoor pool. It's not huge, but you don't have to worry about the weather affecting it, which is a nice bonus! Another thing is that this hotel is very close to the Racing Museum, making it super convenient to visit. It's suitable for both adults and kids, so it's definitely worth a trip!
NNanjingmouzhiThe overall experience at New Orient Landmark Hotel in Macau was excellent. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was comfortable, and it was very quiet at night, allowing for a good rest. The front desk and customer service staff were all very friendly, efficient, and professional, making both check-in and check-out smooth. The hotel's location is also great, with convenient access to restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's easy to get around on foot. The facilities are well-maintained, and attention to detail is evident, which made for a very reassuring stay. Overall, it offers great value for money, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Macau.
MM296913****Macau is a place where every inch of land is worth a fortune, and hotels are generally expensive. However, this 3-star hotel offers good quality, it's clean, comfortable, and the service is quite good. Plus, it includes breakfast, and the price is relatively affordable.
Hhgx1972The location is excellent, right by the Outer Harbour waterfront, making it perfect for morning strolls. Macau is quite compact, and the Ruins of St. Paul's are just a short walk away. The hotel has a traditional style, but all its facilities are very well-maintained. It was spotlessly clean. The service was incredibly warm, attentive, patient, and polite. A great bonus was that the front desk staff were fluent in standard Mandarin.
