Huge room, excellent service (manager personally guided us in for the last part of our drive), very nice breakfast, best location in town (restaurants and shops are steps away), secure parking in basement. Look no further when staying in Loerrach.

Located above Lörrachs with view to Switzerland, this family-run hotel has only 12 rooms, of which we had booked a studio with a bed sofa for three nights. Free parking directly in front of the house made the arrival and departure easy. The room was sufficiently large, individually cut, with balcony and modern furnished. There was a separate bedroom and a lot of stuff room. Unfortunately, the bathroom was only moderately clean, besides the hair left on the ground, the renter disturbed mostly the fungus in the shower fuels. A conception also the sleeping sofa that missed any comfort. The room was also left with the firefighter. The breakfast buffet was not in line with the ads on the hotel website, the selection was rather not rich, the promised salmon was completely missing. Two of three days were offered breakfast eggs of different preparations, one day only cooked eggs. When the buffet was higher, it was only slowly filled. All seems rather unpleasant, very much plastic waste by portion packaging, which goes elsewhere much more sustainable. Service at entry and exit free, in the restaurant though friendly, but not particularly attentionful. A good hotel, with “small mackerel” being fitted with little effort.

Very centrally located, modern hotel. We had a company event here with seminar and stay. It was all best organized, very friendly staff, breakfast was very good and a rich choice. The hotel bar was super, super service of the barkeeper despite later hours. The rooms are well and modernly equipped. I was personally very positively surprised and can only recommend the hotel.

I travel a lot and usually dont care about the exterior of the Hotels but the inside and staff is important. Worker at the desk was very polite and skilled when i checked in. When i entered the room... abt 300 Euro a night! To say its old to say nothing - like in the old good USSR times in Moscow, Sankt Petersburg, DDR side of Berlin! 40 years ago, what a nostalgic feeling, smell of old carpet, never cleaned AC. First evening at the Restaurant i choose Wiener Schnitzel with salad and French fries 🍟. My first Wiener Schnitzel ever and never ever if this piece of smashed to 3 mm dry pork was the real Wiener Schnitzel then sorry... Only good thing was the salad. Asked in the morning if they do laundry the answer was - no, but whae i asked again at the desk in an hotel for 300 Euro a night the lady called someone and repeated what he heard on the other side of the line - laundry is the responsibility of the guests. Means do your self At the hotel For 300 Euro a night! Finally me and the lady on the desk figured out that the hotel does outsource the laundry to a third party company.
