Absolutely fantastic hotel for young families. Could not recommend more. There was plenty of selection and change in the restaurant and lovely wine being served on all in. They also had nice glasses which is always a bonus! The snack bar was pretty good too if the kids wanted a snack and there was a huge selection of all inc ice cream and decent cava too. The rooms were basic but fine (take your own hairdryer) and beds comfy. Pools were the absolute selling point for us. The pool area didn't open until about 9 so no one could hog sunloungers first thing. There were plenty though and always some available at any point in the day. The deeper busier pool was kids friendly but the kids pool was just fantastic for our 9 month old and nearly 5 year old! Plenty of bugger shops close by so if you need anything you can grab (a supermarket and a holiday tat shop) and only a short taxi to the beach. Handy for palma airport and sealife too. Would return here in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

A really disappointing honeymoon. We had high expectations for Cap Rocat, which unfortunately they didn’t live up to. There were a lot of problems, but will outline the good and the bad. We stayed in room 12 (Sentinels Suite) The good: The staff were friendly and polite The room and grounds were stunning The bad: On arrival we were congratulated on our marriage by name as we were walking to the courtyard. We were then asked by the on duty manager if we had any dietary requirements/allergies. My husband is allergic to fish. My husband and I thought ‘wow’ if this was the level of detail we were going to receive, we would have had the best times of our lives. We had a welcome drink, then was escorted to our room. On arrival there was no recognition/note to congratulate us on our wedding (something we had in the previous 2 hotels on the island) but didn’t think too much into that. There was a bottle of cava and small tapas plate with a variety of snacks. We took them outside our suite. My husband and I started eating the food, there was a skewer with olives, peppers and what looked like chicken. He said ‘Do you think this is fish’ I said ‘it can’t be. She asked if we had any allergies’ Upon putting it in the mouth, my husband realises it was fish. Immediately ran up to bathroom whilst vomiting. I had to run behind him to get his EpiPen After what seems like forever, luckily he was just about ok and didn’t need to go to hospital. We called the concierge who came to take the dish away. There wasn’t an apology, nor a replacement. I had to call them for a replacement, to which on return was all of the other dishes (without a dish substitute’ Hotel response: It was already in your room when you were having a welcome drink in the courtyard. Was too late to change it. At minimum they should have said ‘please don’t eat x dish’ or ‘please leave it as there is fish’. Determined to move on and enjoy our honeymoon, we sat out on the patio relaxing in the pool. Unfortunately the rooms are quite noisy with party boats passing very close by all day, everyday. Docking less that 30m from our room blasting music. I understand the hotel cannot control the boats, but at least make us aware that staying in the most expensive suite at the hotel there is noise pollution and minimal privacy as you have boats and people waving at you. We’d have booked somewhere quieter. There were other issues with missing breakfast items, broken glass left on the patio, turn down service, no ironing board, long waits during dinner, waking us up at 10am with a call, asking for things to the room and the wrong things being delivered plus various others. The on duty manager we expressed this to on our 3rd day didn’t get back to us, so we had to call the new on duty manager to explain the whole situation again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Zoetry in Majorca. It's an ideal location for anyone looking for some RnR. The pool and spa facilities are lovely and the restaurants on site offer a wide variety of choice. Staff are welcoming and helpful and there is a nice variety of activities, e.g., complimentary yoga classes. Overall, the hotel offers an oasis of calm with added luxury in the heart of the countryside. We would love to return at a future date.

ok so we booked this 2 star hotel with some holiday compensation we got for a flight delay so were not expecting great things,i was surprised on arrival at many things,the place is really clean, the rooms were very clean the bathroom recently refurbed, there is hairdryer and shampoo and handwash supplied, fresh towels and bed made daily, breakfast is 6 euros, theres plenty cereals breads, cold meats fruit, toast eggs bacon etc etc a really good price for all they have on offer, there are vending machines with snacks and a lovely pool bar with several large comfy sofas, 2 euros for a can of cola which is cheaper than the local shop, they have an iron you can borrow( no charge) there is a very clean shower room for when you have to check out of your room,the staff couldnt be any more helpful, the pool gets the sun from about 1pm but it wasnt too cold before this time, there are only about 7 sunbeds but the pool was never busy, there are tables and chairs round pool area and some rattan furniture also so plenty of seating options, theres a supermarket a few meters along the road for supplies, theres great air con in the rooms but this heats your balcony area up greatly making it not great to sit out on if the other person is inside with the air con on, the only thing that i personally think could improve your stay would be a small fridge in the room for drinks, the hotel caters mainly for dutch and germans,we were the only brits, and it does have a younger clientel but there was no niose, no rowdy behaviour in the time we were there, so all in all a very ncie surprise given how cheap the place was,

Really good hotel, the place is spotless the cleaners are relentless in their work. We found all staff to be really friendly from reception to bar mai /idra restraunt staff (mari/juan). The food was good, and lots of it and drinks included in all-inclusive exceptional. There was entertainment most evenings. The pool is kept so clean, you need to be early as their are minimal sunbeds around the pool,the pool attendant is fair if your bed has been left unoccupied for 45 they remove your things for others to use. Their are many nice things hot tub/ sauna, table tennis, shelf with books on you can take to read,pool table. Good selection of snacks and icecreams. The location is good, quiet area with the ***** on 10minutes on foot walking to the pubs,clubs and bars and also the beach. The only downside is it's neighbours the Cockerells who never stop cawing.

Amazing value for money. Very clean room, thoroughly cleaned again daily. Buffet breakfast is fantastic. Front desk staff, especially Lisdel, are friendly and helpful. Well located for us as we wanted to be close to Palma but explore the East side of the island (we had a car), so this was close to the highway and also close to the beach, restos, shops. Overall, a great stay.

My partner and I have just returned to London after a weeks stay in Hotel Costa Mediterraneo. We had a lovely holiday on a budget. One thing we could not fault was the cleanliness. Wherever you went it smelt of nice clean soap and the bed linen/towels were fresh. Check in was quick, we arrived around 2am and had to pay the usual tourism tax, which being a 2 star hotel, it wasn’t very much at all. It obviously has been recently renovated, yes the further you go up the stairs the older the flooring becomes but come on- who goes on holiday to moan about old floors? I really didn’t mind our room, the bed was big and super comfortable, even a third bed which we used as clothes storage! Freshly painted walls and very clean. The wardrobe was nice and new with 10 hangers and there was a safe too but we did not use. The bathroom was basic but we had no problems with water temperature and enjoyed our daily showers. This hotel gave me Travelodge vibes. So, now the things we think could definitely be improved upon to gain more clientele. I really think as a hotel you need to listen to the reviews about noise and come up with a solution. It was the only thing to be honest that made us slightly unhappy with our stay! We had room 408 which was right next to the elevator and it kept me awake most nights… you could hear it going up and down, people’s conversations, and the lift door being smashed against the walls when people open it. Breakfast was raised to 9 euros during our stay, we tried it once, arriving at 9:15am. What was left of the baguette was not enough for two people and didn’t get replenished but the scrambled eggs and bacon did. I don’t think it was worth 9 euros but it was nice to enjoy the “hotel experience” and the food was nice! We thought there was a drainage problem as every morning when we flushed the loo a smell of rotten eggs filled the bathroom for around 30 mins- 1 hour. And lastly, the TV situation! I asked reception if there was any English channels as we couldn’t find any and they said there was 2 or 3 but alas we couldn’t find anything. The TV itself is super small and placed on the wall far away so if you’re blind like me it’s a little tricky!

Family-run hotel with a modern design, the rooms are well furnished as are the bathrooms. The problem lies in the dirt. We were informed that cleaning takes place every two days, and that's okay, but the sheets found stained upon our arrival were not replaced with the cleaning of the room but only the bed was made. Dust everywhere, even on the bedside tables, residues of disposable soap samples in the shower dating back to the previous guest, shower head with prehistoric limestone residues, minibar (which doesn't cool) with a sort of mold/liquid inside that has been around for who knows how long time was there. A real shame also because the hotel has a good location, strategic for reaching various destinations on the island. Given the hygienic conditions, unfortunately I can't help but advise against the stay.

The morning breakfast is varied. Ipanema Beach Hotel and Ipanema Park Hotel use the same restaurant. I made a reservation at the Ipanema Beach Hotel, but they told me to go to Ipanema Park. However, there is only one check-in staff member, and check-in begins promptly at 2 o'clock. It took an hour and 20 minutes to check in. The hotel swimming pool is nice. I was embarrassed because the rooms were not soundproofed and the guests came as a group and it was really noisy.
