ДДенисова МаргаритаWe stayed at the hotel for 5 days. For us, choosing this particular hotel was crucial – it's one of the few in Tbilisi with its own free parking. This is extremely important for tourists in this city, as parking is paid almost everywhere, free spots are very scarce, and it's unclear how to pay without a foreign card. What a relief it was to find this hotel; there was always a parking spot right by the entrance! This is just the first perk of the hotel, and there are many more.
The hotel itself is very charming, beautiful, and modern. The reception staff are very pleasant, and many of them speak Russian. We were accommodated in a room on the 5th floor. The room had everything we needed: a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, cups, a refrigerator, slippers, towels, dental kits, shower gel/shampoo, a hairdryer, water, an Android TV, and air conditioning that also provided heating. The room even has a small balcony.
Housekeeping was daily, towels were changed, water bottles were replenished, and vacuuming was done. The only downsides to the room I can mention are that, being on an upper floor, it was quite cool. The air conditioning heated well, but it was noisy, and the bathroom remained cold. Also, our shower tray leaked, and there was no door for the shower cabin, which meant the entire bathroom was wet after showering.
Breakfasts were included in our stay (they are served on the ground floor from 8 to 11 AM). The breakfasts pleasantly surprised us; we didn't expect such hearty and delicious breakfasts with a good selection for the room price. There's even a coffee machine (though it would be fantastic if it could be set to make cappuccino and latte with regular milk instead of powdered milk).
The hotel's location is generally convenient – there are Spar and Carrefour supermarkets nearby, it's a 10-minute walk to the metro, and 30 minutes on foot to the city center.
To sum it all up, we want to extend a big thank you to the hotel for the warm welcome and excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Tbilisi! If we're in Tbilisi again, we will definitely stay here.

NNoppasornLast night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me?
Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers.
The first night I was hoping to relax and start my Christmas break, but the first time I encountered something bad like this. I am very disappointed and sad.

MMariaIt was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi.
1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name
2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****.
3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive).
4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)

GGuest UserThis place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid.
Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room.
When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full.
Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds.
The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!

GGuest UserThis is the second time we have stayed in this wonderful hotel. It's an easy drive from the airport and a fair price for the taxi there. The location is excellent with plenty of very decent restaurants and shops in the vicinity. There is a french restaurant nearby that I highly recommend if you like high quality french food. The snails and the soup starters are particularly delicious and the steak and fish is superb. The reception staff at the hotel are so friendly, welcoming and very helpful and professional no job is too small. You can rely on them 100%. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and warm especially in this month. All the amenities are there with plenty of tea and coffee and a fridge if you have your own items. The housekeeping staff are attentive and friendly and do an excellent job of keeping your room clean and fully stocked up. Finally, this hotel provides a buffet breakfast as well which again I highly recommend with a wide variety of food and fruit and pastry on offer and cooked food all to a high quality. It's a real pleasure to eat breakfast there in the charming restaurant area with plenty of tea, coffee and fruit juice. The staff are very helpful and makes your breakfast experience a very good start to your day. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be staying there again in December on a short trip over Christmas. It's always a pleasure and a sadness to leave when your trip is over.

KKumiss_wang很有設計感的酒店，特別喜歡他們的洗手間及酒店配色，非常舒適和諧，洗手間的感覺温柔且不失浪漫；美中不足就是床的下面應該是衞生沒有打掃到很大一塊粘粘的，為了不讓自己看到，把床推過來特地遮蓋到。
早餐也很不錯，水果超級新鮮哦.
下午在酒店還感受了下午茶，熱巧克力應該是我喝過最最最粘稠的，我覺得有點像巧克力漿，哈哈哈

GGuest UserHotel itself was fine along with the breakfast. The spa was amazing, but I had 2 big problems with the hotel which is service and cleaning:
1. Cleaning: Rooms were not cleaned 3/12 days of the trip where we had to request multiple times those days to clean and sometimes it wasn't even cleaned properly as the room had multiple dead bugs on the floor, especially under the nightstands.
2. Service: The day I checked out my gold bracelet went missing after the cleaning that morning (my friend stayed an extra day). I dug through trash outside after a long battle for them to take me there. We searched the whole room, I spoke to cleaning and more. As I left (15) I spoke to front desk. On 16&17th I emailed. On 18&19th I called. On the 19th I was finally helped and told that he will finally ask around and email me back. It took 5 attempts for them to start bothering and it has ruined the experience for me.
If you go really take care of your belongings, but the location is great and so is the pool.

We stayed at Hotel Shine Palace for 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The twin beds were comfortable, and basic amenities were in place.
The hotel being alcohol-free and offering private parking was a big plus for us. It's ideal for families or travelers who prefer a quiet and respectful environment. The on-site restaurant was convenient, though the menu could use a bit more variety.
