"Excellent hotel! I really loved the location on one of the most beautiful streets in the city. The red hop-on/hop-off city bus, complete with an audio guide, stops near the hotel. There are currency exchange offices, all sorts of shops, cafes, restaurants, and even shawarma spots nearby if you want a quick bite. On our first day, we walked to Freedom Square using Maps.me. We crossed the famous bridge, passed through a flea market and a park, and walking at a leisurely pace with my mom, we reached the city center in about 35 minutes. We were very pleased with the service at the hotel; our room was cleaned daily. Breakfast is served on the 10th floor with beautiful city views and floor-to-ceiling windows. The breakfast spread was varied and tasty. The staff were very friendly. By the way, they let us check in before 3 PM since our room was ready, no questions asked. We were so happy about that after a long journey and a sleepless night.
I had read reviews about evening noise outside the windows. We experienced it too, but only once during our stay. And honestly, if we had closed the windows and turned on the air conditioning, we wouldn't have heard it. But we left everything open. Overall, though, it didn't affect our general impression. This hotel is super! 👍"

"Все в целом отлично: чисто, удобно, приятная атмосфера, персонал и условия проживания оставили хорошее впечатление.
Единственный существенный минус — периодически чувствуется запах канализации. Также зона курения на балконах расположена неудачно: запах тянет прямо в хостел и иногда даже в комнату, что заметно портит комфорт.
Если не учитывать этот момент, то место действительно хорошее и в остальном все понравилось."

"Perfect stay at Tbilisi. The hotel is around 10min by foot from the city center but the walk through old and narrow streets is already quite nice. The staff at the front desk was super helpful, the room always clean. Amenities fully sufficient, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Not too big but high quality with some nice details. Breakfast on the rooftop restaurant - can sit outside and it’s a la carte - you can choose two dishes which will freshly be prepared for you. Really delicious. My highlight was the
gym - probably the best I’ve had along all 4 star hotels I stayed - including 24h opening service."

XXiaohanjiayouThe hotel's location is very convenient, right next to the Parliament building. It's up a small slope, so it's quiet. The room was spacious, and they provided water and basic toiletries. It was cleaned daily, and the front desk was always quick to address any issues. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was sufficient. You could order omelets and coffee, and I always left feeling full. It was pretty good and exceeded my expectations!

ДДенисова МаргаритаWe stayed at the hotel for 5 days. For us, choosing this particular hotel was crucial – it's one of the few in Tbilisi with its own free parking. This is extremely important for tourists in this city, as parking is paid almost everywhere, free spots are very scarce, and it's unclear how to pay without a foreign card. What a relief it was to find this hotel; there was always a parking spot right by the entrance! This is just the first perk of the hotel, and there are many more.
The hotel itself is very charming, beautiful, and modern. The reception staff are very pleasant, and many of them speak Russian. We were accommodated in a room on the 5th floor. The room had everything we needed: a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, cups, a refrigerator, slippers, towels, dental kits, shower gel/shampoo, a hairdryer, water, an Android TV, and air conditioning that also provided heating. The room even has a small balcony.
Housekeeping was daily, towels were changed, water bottles were replenished, and vacuuming was done. The only downsides to the room I can mention are that, being on an upper floor, it was quite cool. The air conditioning heated well, but it was noisy, and the bathroom remained cold. Also, our shower tray leaked, and there was no door for the shower cabin, which meant the entire bathroom was wet after showering.
Breakfasts were included in our stay (they are served on the ground floor from 8 to 11 AM). The breakfasts pleasantly surprised us; we didn't expect such hearty and delicious breakfasts with a good selection for the room price. There's even a coffee machine (though it would be fantastic if it could be set to make cappuccino and latte with regular milk instead of powdered milk).
The hotel's location is generally convenient – there are Spar and Carrefour supermarkets nearby, it's a 10-minute walk to the metro, and 30 minutes on foot to the city center.
To sum it all up, we want to extend a big thank you to the hotel for the warm welcome and excellent service. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Tbilisi! If we're in Tbilisi again, we will definitely stay here.

EErika SuzukiMy husband and I stayed here for 7 nights. The staff were incredibly kind, and the room cleaning was excellent. The hotel is located in the Vera district, so there are plenty of restaurants and a Spar convenience store nearby, which makes for a very convenient location. However, the road directly in front of the hotel is a bus lane, which can be a bit inconvenient if you're taking a taxi with a lot of luggage. The restaurant/café on the ground floor of the hotel was quiet and comfortable for digital nomads.

Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime.
The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order.
The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali.
I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early.
I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps.
And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand.
I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

XXiaoai8661The hotel's location is pretty decent. It took about 30 minutes by taxi from the airport. The room was quite comfortable; I booked a slightly larger room type. The hotel environment and breakfast were really good, with many choices of vegetables, meats, and cheeses. However, the surrounding area is a bit quiet for walking, and it's a bit far from the main attractions. But overall, it was a very comfortable stay.

GGuest UserIt was upsetting experience during my 6th visit to amazing Tbilisi.
1. It is not easy to find an entrance as the hotel name is placed on another side of the building and the entrance door is not marked by any sign with the hotel name
2. Staff is not friendly or supportive. I checked in around 1 pm just to leave suitcase and did not ask to provide a room as had plans. There were 2 guys at reception dealing with me. I came back to the hotel around 7 pm, my docs were on the desk and I could see them while the receptionist could not find them and asked to sign the docs which have been signed in the morning. He could not explain me if there is a lift (I tried to speak both English and Russian) and I had a strong feeling that he is under some *****.
3. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor with very loud music. I booked a room with a lovely balcony but had to ask to change it as could not have rest because of the music. When I came to reception, first I was told that the music stops at 11 pm but I go to sleep at 9-10 pm and need quiet atmosphere (it is not metioned anywhere about music). Thankfully, I got another room but it was worse than the one I paid for. No balcony, 2 single beds instead of double one. Aints in the bathroom. So it was not a fair exchange (I was even ready to pay more for a better room but the staff is not supportive).
4. The breakfast is nice and the waiter in the restaurant is super nice and friendly (the only nice person I met at the hotel)

KkamgpdjThe location is far from the center and you need to be careful as you can't go without using a taxi or bus. The equipment said toothbrush and bathrobe, but it wasn't in the room.
I didn't have a bathtub in my room, so I told the front desk to change to a room with a bathtub.
The luxury of the rooms and facilities is comparable to that of a 5-star hotel, but the service was the impression that it was a 4-star hotel.

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The first nights were fantastic - especially considering the price. The room was beautiful, bright, clean, nicely furnished, warm and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, heated and clean too. And the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The last night I stayed, however, my room had been double booked and so I was asked to move to a different room. Although things like this of course can happen, it seems to me that I am not the first guest to experience something like this and that reservations at this hotel therefore are inreliable …
The room I was moved to was relatively clean, but in poor poor condition. There were cracks in the ceiling and walls, wallpaper was peeling off and the bathroom facilities including the toilet were in dire need of renovation. There was a gap between the door and the wall (leading outside), so the room was very very cold. IIn order to keep the room at a bearable temperature I had to have the air conditioning unit turned up to max (31 degree C) and on full speed turbo setting. This was noisy and even so, the room was still cold. There was also no WiFi in this room - which as a foreigner is very inconvenient. Worst of all, there was no hot water in this second room, so I was unable to shower before leaving. A night for only a couple of dollars/euro more at an Ibis budget hotel would be an incomparably better experience. That would in other words have been a nice experience. This was certainly not.
The experience at this hostel thus depends very much on the room you are provided with. Had I been provided with the second room the first night I stayed, I would have checked out immediately. Very very cold, bad facilities, deeply uncomfortable. Had I not been a) moved from room to room due to overbooking and b) been moved to this particular second room, the overall experience would have been a 10/10.
