Celebramos el cumpleaños de mi marido en uno de sus salones. Las instalaciones están muy bien, además pudimos salir al jardín a tomar algo después de comer. Lo que acabé muy descontenta fue con la comida. Contraté un cóctel para 10 personas y 4 menús infantiles, y antes pregunté si sería suficiente o debía añadir más para que no quedara pobre, a lo que me dijeron que sería suficiente y no nos quedaríamos con hambre. Para mi sorpresa el día del cumpleaños sacaron muy poca comida, teníamos jamón, lomo y queso y sacaron una bandeja bastante pequeña que a algunos ni nos llegó, así con el resto del cóctel, además de que una de las tapas que cambié ni siquiera la sacaron. Pregunté al metre si eso si no iban a sacar más comida porque estábamos todos con hambre y sólo me dijo que no, ni me ofreció sacarnos más. Para el menú infantil, si no llego a decir que saquen el postre, el metre se hizo el loco porque las niñas estaban jugando. Y sobretodo pongo esta reseña negativa porque cuando lo comenté con el responsable del establecimiento, ni siquiera me pidió disculpas. Muy descontenta con el servicio de comida y no volveré ni lo recomiendo.

It was clean and comfortable, the room was large and nicely decorated. We experienced a few issues though, the underground parking was illuminated by movement sensors which didn't work so we had to use our phones to find the door to the lifts in pitch dark, then we couldn't get the lift to work so we used the stairs. The receptionist wasn't concerned about the lighting or the lift, she just shrugged her shoulders. There was no hot water from the sink tap, we reported it on check out, the chap at reception was really good. There was no signage in the lifts which was confusing. Breakfast was ok but the fried eggs were stone cold. However for what we paid we would stay here again.

Very unhappy that we could not access the hotel on our arrival due to roads being closed off as the annual carnaval was taking place. We could not park anywhere nearby due to the busyness, so had to drive out of the city and waste away a couple of hours until the roads reopened. Had the hotel had the courtesy to inform us in advance, we could have planned our arrival time accordingly and used our time to better. The hotel was apologetic and did not charge for using the underground car park, but it quite spoiled our visit. On top of that, the superior room was very basic, small and warm, though the bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was nicely laid out, but the two staff members were concentrating on a group booking in a side room. Hence the coffee machine had run out, the jug of hot milk had disappeared and there was no bottle opener for the milk shake drink. Once attended to the staff were friendly despite being stretched between two rooms.

We was stayed only one night. I comment my experience. The garage was comfortable and easy to park. the rooms were correctly, but not very new. The ubication was perfectly. You can comfortably walk anywhere in the city center. But the best for my was de Breakfast. One of the best breakfast in a hotel throughout my life.

Hotel Spanish features, parking has a dedicated underground garage, the room is the right size, the seat is very comfortable. There is a small balcony. It is just too close to the road, a bit noisy.

It's the second time we came to this hotel for leisure. And it's very well located and the hotel is very well true. The bathroom is warm quickly, the bed is comfortable, the couchs are also... All I can say is very positive. We like Real City and already with this hotel that is very good at price even more. It's good, beautiful and cheap.
