Best Western Plus Atrium Inn Suites

The deskclerk on check in was wonderful, the night one was horrible, rude, and straight out needs to be removed! We traveled all day, I am handicapped and was hurting so went done to lobby to find snack so could take pain pill. Breakfast was added to our room fee so took banana and received lecture made to show card and room number and advised I couldn’t come back in hour when opened breakfast as she wasn’t going to refill the food since I couldn’t wait even though I already explained issue to her. I don’t know how hard it is to replace 1 banana. She continued her tyrant as I waited for elevator and almost wished I would have skipped the banana and threw up all over her lobby instead! This was so uncalled for especially when price of room was over 150.00. Being ill didn’t shower or use anything but toilet and one damn banana! While packing checked under bed and beside night stand for items I may have dropped and found gobs of food, pizza, & popcorn! Also boxes and other trash (not small items either which really causes me to question how cleaning is done!) The facility appeared well kept and clean but was later obvious that was just superficial. Bed was not horrible but not comfortable either. Shower faucets dripped all night DRIP DRIP DRIP otherwise quiet and comfortable. Also important to note the breakfast I was charged for and denied other than a banana was pre-made heat and go gas station type stuff therefore clearly easy to see why she was so stressed about replacing one banana! Great and awesome experience and right by the restaurants and interstate. Glad to be a rewards member. Room was nice and clean and well stocked. Completely breakfast was good and wholesome. Coffee was good too. Bed was very comfortable and soft.

This hotel was clean but not worth the cost. States it has a bar restaurant which it doesn't. No bartender on night I was there so no selling of draft beers only could get a bottle beer from the front desk personal (who has a key to unlock the refrigerator) so called restaurant is a scan sheet in the room to order from (which is not affiliated with the hotel) it's like a dooe dash. There was nothing Plus about the hotel for the value of it.

Great room. Very clean. Breakfast was skimpy.

Overall was quite disappointed in the property and my overall experience.

This was a great hotel! We were traveling with a 16' rental truck and contents and asked when we made the reservation to possibly have a room where we could see the truck from it. The staff saved that request and accommodated us! (note: we did arrive right at 3 pm; later on, lot might have been fuller). Hotel was very conveniently located from the highway, breakfast was great, very clean, and staff members were super friendly. Would definitely stop here again to bypass Chattanooga traffic.
