The hotel is dated, beds were incredibly uncomfortable with sheets and blankets rather than duvets. The sheet on my bed looked as though it had holes caused by cigarettes in it. The bathroom fixtures were old and, in some places, cracked. The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and inattentive. The breakfast was buffet style and unhygienic given the Covid situation. The toilets in the bar area were without toilet rolls in any of the cubicles and the bins were overflowing. When this was pointed out to the staff on duty, toilet rolls appeared but the bins weren't emptied. Would I recommend this hotel to anyone or stay here again? A resounding 'NO' to both.

Hemos pasado una noche en el hotel en media pensión. Somos un grupo de 32 personas. Personal muy amable....pero la experiencia con la comida fue un poco peculiar. Confundieron nuestro menú con el grupo de la mesa de al lado pero en ningún momento lo reconocieron... Habitaciones con limpieza muy escasa.

Hotel que no engaña, sobrio pero limpio y buena habitación. Muy amables en recepción y en la cafetería. Fueron 3 días duros para mi por motivos personales y me reconfortó un poco estar en Concentaina. Igual ahora para los moros y cristianos de Albaida vuelvo con mi mujer

Es un hotel de tres estrellas anclado en el pasado, es decir precio del siglo XXI y habitación del siglo XVIII con olor a cerrado de meses, televisión tamaño monitor de ordenador con tdt, vamos algo arcaico. Vamos que deja mucho que desear. No creo que vuelva, y desde luego no lo recomiendo a nadie.
