It’s was my first trip in this area, so much concerns especially accommodation. However, nice hospitality and surrounding weather made my trip memorable. Thanks to cooperation to hotel staff.

Heavy sewer smell in the room. Bathroom un breathable with sewer smell. Dirty linens and a very cramped room space. Not worth a dime for the amount paid.

The hotel and ambience was just awesome. The room was very big, ac was perfect, fan speed also good. Next day morning breakfast was also amazing.

The nivetha inn doesn’t exist. It is called nivetha grand. We landed in a place that showed nivetha inn in the google maps and found nothing. Then we called the hotel and they gave another location which is called nivetha grand. Once we checked in the towels are not there. They only gave the towels the next day morning. Kettle wasn’t there. The hotel is getting renovated and no restaurant. Morning breakfast was served with a simple plate that had 3 dishes and that’s it. When we asked how to go to marudhamalai temple the front office said there is no facility and you need to take the regular bus. And there was a standee that said travel desk with a number. When asked is there a travel desk that can help, the front office lady simply said you can call the number in the standee. The travel desk is a different travel company that organised a cab. Overall the stay was bad and because it was only one night we could manage.
