I have to say it's very very disappointing during the latest stay at Mariott Atlanta Airport Gateway. My wife stayed through 13-15Oct. She placed her jade bracelet on bedside table and forgot to carry with her to dinner for several hours on 14Oct late afternoon. The jade bracelet was never found again after that. Hotel gave a plain answer to her inquiry simply saying it could not be found, although it certainly could do some investigation on room access or CCTV record. Besides the financial loss, it's a priceless gift from old parents. The result, security concern, and the hotel's reaction are so so disappointing.

Tried to check in at 11 pm, no rooms even with prepaid booking, told to wait, hour later given a room that was occupied! Back to reception, lots of angry people, no management, felt very sorry for the sole receptionist, eventually had a conference room with pull down bed given to me. Will avoid.

The hotel was nice. The staff was friendly. I gave four stars because my bathroom faucet had a consistent drip. I reported the issue.

It was not difficult finding the hotel and it is easy to get it from ATL airport (if flying domestically); it was actually easier if you fly United than Delta. The staff was nice but what it made it better was the other customers who were staying at the hotel. They were friendly and easy to interact with. I may have gotten an upgrade on the hotel. I was able to sleep with ease and the food was great. Would highly recommend. You can use the train to transfer to the MARTA at the airport.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Everything was clean and the atmosphere was friendly and safe. The beds were very firm, not my preference.

If you need a quick place to stay by the airport in Atlanta, check. If you want a place where the Internet works, service is good and you are treated well, find somewhere else. Restaurant in the Lobby, Champions, is many times worse than the hotel.
