I just checked into this hotel and this is the single worst hotel in the IHG portfolio and it’s all because of customer service. Clearly there is no training provided and it’s not regarded. I walked in the hotel with my grandson and was not greeted by the (apparent manager Brad Tolliver) or Ashantia, the front desk clerk. She promptly asked for my name and picture ID. There’s a wheel out front for Club Members to spin and win things so I spinned the wheel. She paid no attention nor did she bother to ever acknowledge if I was a reward member. I asked her if there was a room available on a higher floor. She said “no, your room is on the 2nd floor”. I said ok. Sigh. She’s not nice. But I’m gonna keep it in the road. She asked if I was parking a car. I said yes but at the time there was a party coming out of the elevator who was talking so I couldn’t hear her. I asked her what she said. She looked up at me and rolled her eyes and never repeated herself. She took my credit card. Said that the parking would come out of the incidentals. (I know that my parking is included in my rate but I’m trying not to be confrontational). She walks away and doesn’t say goodbye. Just drops my keys. Doesn’t say where the elevator is, welcome to the indigo… nothing .. just disappears. I ask Brad Tolliver if there is a manager. He states he is one. I ask him if he’s ok with her behavior and level of customer service and he’s silent. He says nothing! Not a thing!! I can’t get past that. This hotel isn’t nice enough to deal with bar customer service. It needs updates but if the customer service was better it would be tolerable. The area of town is sketchy at best and it’s noisy because It’s Right by a roadway. It’s a no for me.

I chose this hotel for a student group trip. It is an economy hotel and the rate was pretty good. It is a newer hotel so things seemed very fresh and up to date. I was placed in a suite room, where I entered into a living space and then walked through a hall with a kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave, and coffee maker), and a bathroom in order to get to the bedroom. This worked particularly well because after ended up needing to stay for 10 full days. The breakfast buffet had mainly packaged breakfast sandwiches that worked well. What I would particularly like to comment on, however, is the staff. Each one was friendly, kind, and accommodating. I had to extend my stay 3 times and only had positive interactions with the staff via phone or in person.

After a long flight, we arrived at the Atlanta Airport at midnight. My family and I were too exhausted to make the drive to our next destination. I had a few IHG points and decided to use them at this hotel. I assumed the hotel would be average because of the location. I was ok with average because I was so exhausted. When we arrived, Keisha at the Front desk provided professional, upbeat, and kind service. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Upon checking out, I had a wonderful encounter with Dee at the Front desk. Again, I received phenomenal customer service. I will definitely add this hotel to list of places to stay.
We’re at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport and our hotel is walking distance from the airport Sky Train. The Georgia International Convention Center is across the street from us and we’re 11 miles from downtown Atlanta. Grab a workout at our 24-hour fitness center or relax in our spacious lobby.

This type of room booked by Ctrip must avoid the third floor. When I entered, I smelled a so-called cigarette smell and immediately asked to change rooms. The front desk said that many people smoke on this floor 😅... The hotel only has a small train next door to the airport. It is not very convenient if you have a lot of luggage or it rains.

The proximity to the Atlanta airport was amazing! We walked out the front doors of the hotel, turned right and we were at the FlyTrain station next door. Once on the FlyTrain, the very next stop was the airport. We were able to get from our hotel room to baggage check-in, in 7 minutes. The rooms are completely sound proof. We could see the airplanes, but couldn't hear any noise. We didn't want to eat at one of the neighboring hotels so we got in our car and ten minutes away we found many great eating options such as Olive Garden, Panda Express, etc. Our room was perfect for our family of 5 with two beds and a trundle bed under the sofa. Everyone we encountered on the staff was professional, helpful, and friendly. We would definitely stay again if we have a flight out of Atlanta. There were a couple minor issues we had with the hotel. The room design is sleek and modern, but the bathroom doors have translucent windows so in the night when someone gets up to go to the bathroom, they turn on the light in the bathroom, and it shines through the window into the sleeping area. Whoever designed this was thinking only of the aesthetics and not the practical aspects. The showers have large pump style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The conditioner was out. Our room was only supplied with one trash can liner, yet there were three trash cans. Our kids were disappointed that there was no swimming pool. We were told it was covered over to make a business meeting room. We got to the hotel early in the hopes of swimming so that was a disappointment. There really isn't anything to do in the hotel that is appealing to kids and teens. Also, no waffle maker at the hotel breakfast.

I booked this hotel since I was landing in Atlanta at 2am, and just needed a place to crash for a few hours before I could pick up my rental car. When I got there at 2:18am, I was told they had had a flood, and didn't have a room for me. I was forced to go walk to another hotel and try to find a room. At 2am. The night manager was very kind about it and gave me the owner's name and phone number, and told me when to call to get ahold of him. When I called this hotel to inquire about having my last minute room reimbursed, Grace, the manager on duty, got very snippy with me, telling me it wasn't the hotel's fault that an irresponsible guest left their bathtub overflowing. I told her that I understood but that it was not my fault either, and that I was the one left stranded at 2am. She did not care. She refused to let me speak to the owner, telling me that he was too busy to speak to me. She said there was nothing they could do for me, and when I tried to press the issue more, she hung up on me.

This hotel is situated in ”no man's land.' Be sure to dine before you arrive because the options are extremely limited once you arrive. You would not want to walk anywhere. Upon check-in, you will be asked to sign, ”I agree to pay for the room and incremental charges.” There were no figures associated with the request. When I asked what the room charge was, the desk clerk had to clear the entry and start over. I told the attendant that I did not want to sign a blank document. If I disagreed with the numbers the next morning, how would I contest them? I would have already agreed to pay them. Be ready for a $12 secured parking fee. Hmm...the hotel next door does not charge for parking. Suggestion to the manager: how about waiving the fee for Marriott Bonvoy members as a perk? Breakfast was provided. I will be looking elsewhere next time.

The hotel is good, but I really want to comment on Ctrip here. Most of the US trips about this month were booked in Ctrip, and there are quite a few real problems, but it is more worth mentioning that Ctrip's services. 1) It is easy to make a call. No matter when, the call will be answered manually, instead of fooling you like a lot of customer service machines. 2) In Ctrip booking hotels, air tickets and other layers of protection, there will be problems Ctrip will solve, do not have to go and negotiate with those who speak English. People in different countries will encounter various problems, but as long as they are in Ctrip, it is good to call them. Although the ordered products will have unexpected problems, such as this time actually booked a hotel that is not open, but Ctrip has actively changed to a better hotel. Although it has caused inconvenience to myself, it is understandable that I think Ctrip is so far away. 3) If personal losses are caused by the inconsistency of the information on the website, Ctrip will pay the indemnity and will arrive soon. Ctrip's quality service makes our trips very safe and we don't have to worry about problems. Suddenly I found that many companies in China have done much better than the United States. Ctrip is cheering and supporting you.

Hotel representative referred us to a nearby restaurant for delivery (Metro Diner) and we never received our food, we were left with an $82 bill for food we never received & the hotel could only apologize. Hotel parking is hectic, parking availability is limited. Hotel room should’ve came with a microwave.

GGuest UserI'm not sure why this hotel has subpar reviews at best, because I had a positive experience from start to finish. Was flying through Atlanta on a connection with Delta and missed my second flight due to the first being delayed. As it was the last flight of the day Delta offered accommodations for the evening. There were quite a few locations I could have chosen from, but chose the Holiday Inn as I know they offer free breakfast in the morning. I ubered to the hotel as I figured it would be easier than trying to find the hotel shuttles. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly. I offered my Delta voucher and there was no issue. I quickly got to the second floor to my room. It was late so I went quickly to bed. The bed was extremely comfortable and I slept well. The next day, I couldn't get a flight back to my destination until nearly 5 pm. I asked the hotel if I could check out late and they obliged offering 1 pm checkout which was welcomed. I had to work so I was able to do that from the comfort of a hotel room rather than the busy airport. When it came time to head for the airport, I took the shuttle. It was a quick and easy ride. I believe they operate with another local hotel. Although I hope to not be stuck at the Atlanta airport again, I would stay at this location again in a heartbeat. Thanks for making my unexpected delay in Atlanta a little more pleasant.
GGuest UserWe stayed at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in a family vacation. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and the services were excellent. we highly recommend this hotel!
GGuest UserSuper comfortable beds and pillows! I had to get a late checkout because I didn’t want to leave the bed...it was that amazing! Weird area, but convenient to the airport, which is what we needed.
龙龙The hotel is super cost-effective. When I checked in, I found that the hotel was very small, and the surrounding d was desolate. The price was so cheap and hopeless. The result was really no surprise. The hotel guests are mainly local Americans. It seems that many families are traveling. The staff and guests are very enthusiastic. The cleaning is very timely. The free breakfast is very simple but the taste is good. The hotel's own restaurant is not expensive to solve the lunch. Drink a little wine, free coffee is available all day long on the first floor of the hotel. There is a car that will give a parking ticket in the car, free of charge, and there is also an airport shuttle. 3 miles with Wal-Mart and Kroger, we rent a car to go shopping and it is very convenient. The traffic is also convenient, driving around 85, 20 minutes to anywhere in downtown, very recommended.
SSchwartzThe staff is very friendly and helpful. When I first arrived there was a mixup with my room and it wasn't clean. But it was quickly taken care of. They rooms are also nice. The breakfast is small but it was a nice breakfast filled with waffles, cereals, fruit, muffins, and yogurt with coffee and juice to choose from. I'll definitely stay again.
GGuest UserThis stay was more surprised than usual the front desk was nice little noise outside but it is a holiday weekend so i understand the place was clean and nice inside libby breakfast was supposed to be hot
GGuest UserHonestly, for the price I paid it was fair. I stayed on the top floor, which allowed me to be away from any noise. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The carpet and bed lining could be updated to give a better experience, but it's not as bad as people made it out to be.
