TLDR: Don’t give this hotel your credit card! I now have almost $400 of fraudulent charges I’m disputing with them.
Long version: The manager Ethan is either a con man or a total *****. I prepaid for the room here on trip.com. When I checked in, they asked for a card for incidentals, of which there were none. Upon checkout, they said trip.com didn’t pay them and they had already charged me for the entire stay. It was a Sunday so Ethan wasn’t there. He didn’t return my calls until Tuesday afternoon. He apologized and said he’d credit my card. I waited for the credit to appear on my card. After several days, a new charge appeared for twice the initial amount. ***. I called and left messages for Ethan with two different employees - no contact. For real, don’t do business with this place.
