TLDR: Don’t give this hotel your credit card! I now have almost $400 of fraudulent charges I’m disputing with them.
Long version: The manager Ethan is either a con man or a total *****. I prepaid for the room here on trip.com. When I checked in, they asked for a card for incidentals, of which there were none. Upon checkout, they said trip.com didn’t pay them and they had already charged me for the entire stay. It was a Sunday so Ethan wasn’t there. He didn’t return my calls until Tuesday afternoon. He apologized and said he’d credit my card. I waited for the credit to appear on my card. After several days, a new charge appeared for twice the initial amount. ***. I called and left messages for Ethan with two different employees - no contact. For real, don’t do business with this place.

Tried to check in at 130pm on a football game Saturday and they said room was not ready but that they would contact me as soon as it was. No contact was made. We checked in around 230am and the room we reserved was no longer available and we were given a lesser room. When asked about refunding a portion, the front desk said she'd speak to her manager about it. When checking out we contacted ******* who did nothing as well. Room was not what we reserved so where did our reserved room go? The room we were given was much smaller as we requested a suite as we needed the sofa bed. But room given to us did not come with one. Besides this, we were very disappointed with the dated room and especially data bathroom. Don't eat the free breakfast either. Not good. Never again will I consider this place. Awful experience all around.

The only thing that kept if from 5 stars is my room faced a freeway and cars raced up and down the freeway all night long. Noisy.
