The hotel itself is okay, we only got a normal room there, even though we had booked a "deluxe" room. The normal rooms are probably 3* standard, the deluxe 4*. According to the hotel, the fault lies with Trip.com, so I won't let that have a negative impact on the rating and will rate the 3* room. For those who book through Trip.com, you should be aware of this and ask again.
The location is ok, about 1.7 km from the S-Bahn station, a tram station is about 10 minutes away on foot. The way to the city is a bit further, even if it takes less than 10 minutes by train from the S-Bahn station. You can walk to the boathouse in 15 minutes.
The room is simply furnished but clean. There is no air conditioning. It is noisy, the street, train and other guests were clearly audible. Nevertheless, one could sleep well in the beds. Don't expect too much, but you get a clean and solid room with a bathroom (including a hair dryer).
