The room is well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. It is not far from the station, about a ten-minute walk. There are two disadvantages. One is that the area is too small, which is not very convenient. The other is that the sound insulation is not good. When there are guests who come back late at night, the sound is a bit deafening.

The room was extremely small, had bug bites, the shower head was broken, and there was no elevator. The power bank fell, and I was sure it was in the hotel, but he said he didn't see it!

Honnesly the room it's ok. The shower room is not wow! Need really take hard cleaner from up to down. But if u stay for one day and thinking don't need use than is ok. I mean need thinking is in Centrum have everything around and is cheap hotel. Other wize the concierge service is good. They will always help when u call them.

The accommodation is very friendly to solo travelers. It is close to various places and is convenient to go everywhere. The front desk service is very good, but there is no elevator (this has been informed in advance).

The receptionist was very nice.
The room was a bit old.
The location is good, there are shops nearby. It is within a 10-minute walk from Cologne Cathedral, and next to the cathedral is the central train station, which is convenient for taking the Eurostar.
