We stayed at the old Town Guesthouse in the Victorian Rose, the room exceeded our expectations , and the host Tom and Monica treated as like long lost friends. and we left actual friends. One of the owners, Brandon was available for conversation a tour of his B&B. We enjoyed the new private hot tub for two on most of the balcony patios . The views to the west are fantastic this time of year! They let us now what some of the best attractions are and a few great places to eat, they even have a great farmers market a block away which runs through the summer months and ends mid October if you like playing billiards, they have a nice 9' table down in the "man" cave ( that area looks like would be comfortable for family reunions or other group gatherings!) if you Play a game of pool with Tom or Brandon, you may want to practice up a bit ;-) Monica's freshly prepared breakfast was excellent.

Monica and Tom were the best hosts for our stay in Colorado Springs. The Africa Orchid room was very spacious, had a nice balcony with hot tub, and beautiful sunrise views of Pikes Peak. The breakfast served each day was to die for. The hosts gave excellent recommendations for surrounding restaurants and nearby activities. This B&B was a perfect accommodation for a visit to Colorado Springs.

Indian paintbrush room will take your breath away. Beautiful decor all over room. Hot tub on the deck was the best. We came back from dinner and listened to Glen Campbell and enjoyed the hot tub and night sky. Same after breakfast except listened to BJ Thomas. Just perfect! Felt very comfortable there. Breakfast was delicious. We got great advice for dinner. Area outside room with fresh water, tea, soft drinks. Sorry I don't have photos of the hot tub at night without us in it. It really looks beautiful.

Breakfast was delicious everyday, rooms clean and comfortable. Safe area and close to everything you could want. Monica was the nicest and most helpful ever. Gave us many good spots to check out. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful b&b! Monica was very accommodating and hospitable. The room was very nicely decorated and comfortable, having the hot tub was a great feature and the utilities were all in great condition. The breakfasts served every morning were wonderful and definitely a highlight for us! Monica and her husband did a fantastic job making us feel welcome and helped us be prepared for the different places we planned on seeing. We highly recommend staying here and we plan to again the next time we travel to Colorado!

This Inn is an absolute gem....perfect location, quiet, excellent breakfast, and friendly/efficient owners. The bed was comfortable, the room was large, and the shower was relaxing. We parked the car and were able to walk to delightful shops and restaurants.

The hosts, Monica and Tom do a wonderful job! Breakfast is wonderful and changes daily! Rooms are comfortable and you can see Pikes Peak from the front door! Old Colorado Springs is a block away! Great location and easy access to world class venues!!

Monica and Tom were the perfect hosts with plenty of suggestions regarding where to visit for activities and great suggestions for food in the area. Room was amazing, very tastefully appointed, clean and modern. Breakfast was great, every morning something different but always tasty! Monica and Tom made us feel like we were visiting with family, very down to earth. Hope to be back .

This was our first experience with a B&B, and it was better than expected. The room was comfortable, and clean. Really enjoyed the hot tub on our own deck and the view of the mountains was fantastic. Breakfast was very good. Monica and Tom were very gracious hosts. The location was perfect for us being close to Garden of the Gods and in Old Colorado City.
