My room had nice view of courtyard.

Everything are good, around the property some dirty. And some people not passenger use parking lot

The hotel it’s in a bad area and not secure, too many things happening around

Upon arrival, the atmosphere was very loud. The adjacent rooms were blasting music. Despite the fact that our room was non-smoking, there was a strong smell of smoke in the room. There was no iron board in our room. A poor vacuuming of the area around the bed was evident in the room. It appears that the previous guests left a dirty charger behind. There is an unpleasant smell emanating from the bedsheets. The shampoo in the bathroom appeared to have been used. We were not able to contact the front desk due to the lack of a telephone in the room. During the early hours of the morning, a guest was sleeping on the staircase of the hallway, snoring loudly. Only Fatima at check-in was extremely professional and informative about coffee and breakfast, hence the five-star rating for service. In addition to being polite and friendly, she greeted us with a smile. In addition to helping us, she made sure to acknowledge other guests who were waiting, informing them that she would be with them shortly. There are several Comfort Inns throughout California that I have stayed at. It was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. In addition, I would like to note that the lobby as well as the restrooms were very clean. Upon arrival and check-out, the coffee bar was fully stocked. It is unlikely that I will return.

We checked out 2 hrs after checking in , people fighting in the Hall on floor 1 and 2 . Also pool wasn't in good shape not clean .

From the start the front desk person made us feel stupid because our key would not work and kept flashing red. She came to our room and it worked for her. Her comment was just like I told you. We'll it flashed red the rest of our trip you had to try multiple times to get in. The business center printer did not work. We went to the pool my husband had just got out of the hospital and wanted to sit in the spa. We'll our key would not work there either a staff member had to climb the fence to get in. There also were no towels out there. The pool was warmer than the spa it was ice cold and the jets would not work. Breakfast one morning there were no eggs the entire half hour we were down there. So free breakfast until they run out. My husband is a diamond member with your hotel we definitely were not treated as such. The people next to us were fighting at 3 am our last night. They were throwing each other against the wall. I called the front desk no one answered good thing it was not a huge emergency.

The card keys to open the rooms never open the doors to the rooms twice I’ve checked in so these rooms are way on the other side of the building so I had to do it 3 times I was so irritated till CB the actual receptionist had to go with me to open it and it happened again so they need a new system and then the rooms have no phone s to b call the front desk it’s not safe to not have access to a phone

Unfriendly front desk girl. No secure locks on doors to go into hotel. Room smelled so bad my friend had an asthma attack within five minutes of being in there. Sketchy neighborhood. Worst experience ever. Left and found another hotel for the night.
