Lamentablemente, nuestra estancia en el hotel no cumplió con las expectativas esperadas. La comunicación y los tiempos de respuesta fueron deficientes, lo que generó una notable inconformidad. Nuestra llegada fue el domingo 10 de noviembre y nos hospedamos hasta el martes 12 del mismo mes. Durante nuestra estadía, experimentamos varios inconvenientes que no fueron debidamente atendidos. En primer lugar, se presentó un problema en el inodoro del baño, el cual fue reportado el lunes, pero no se tomó ninguna medida para su resolución durante toda nuestra estancia. Asimismo, el servicio de limpieza dejó mucho que desear, ya que no se realizaron las labores correspondientes para hacer las camas el día lunes, lo que refleja una falta de atención en los detalles. Respecto al desayuno, el servicio fue altamente insatisfactorio, ya que lo ofrecido no alcanzó ni siquiera a considerarse una colación mínima, lo que contrasta enormemente con las expectativas de un hotel de esta categoría. En términos generales, la experiencia fue muy negativa, aunque se destacó, y se salva parcialmente, la increíble vista que ofrece el establecimiento.

Excelente experiencia todo impecable, muy buena acogida, atención y disposición a colaborar con más de lo estipulado, sólo haría tres aportes: -Las respuestas a las consultas por wp son un poco lentas -Faltaron indicaciones al llegar, las que se resolvieron consultando -Contar con agua caliente en un Termo en el 1° piso, si bien no está contemplado en el servicio, un tecito tarde es muy bienvenido y se condice con la hospitalidad demostrada. Sin duda volveré.

Everything is impeccable, good location, perfect to disconnect and relax, 100% recommended, incredible views and a very good location since it is in front of the beach, when you wake up in the morning you can appreciate the sunrise on the balcony with a view of the sea completely .

It is a hostel that is pure love, from the moment they welcome you to the delicious breakfast. It is priceless to fall asleep to the sound of the sea, which is literally next door....the construction is so well thought out that the terrace receives sunlight from dawn to dusk. The impeccable room. By far my favorite hostel in the central area.

I stayed at the hostel for a weekend, the hospitality and attention of the people at the hostel was excellent, Sofia was always very attentive and affectionate. The room with a very beautiful sea view in the morning and afternoon, basic and rich breakfast included. Very calm and quiet, you could only hear the sea at all hours, very pleasant to rest. The distance to the beaches is short, to yellow beach approx. 10 minutes walking. and to La Boca beach 15 to 20 minutes walking relaxed. I found the location of the hostel to be safe and quiet. What would improve: The bedding, towels and pillows that are softer, I point out that everything was clean. Note: The rooms are close together and are small, therefore, you can hear continuous room noises. During my stay I did not have noise problems, but it is something to consider.

Excellent location, close to shops, beach and restaurants, with an incredible view from the room and terrace. Excellent service with clean common spaces. I only suggest improving breakfast and room cleaning (the rooms have baton service after three days of accommodation)
