The phone was not plugged in the tile in the shower was broken and the pool was not open

Let me state the obvious: the hotel needs plenty of work. Its amenities are useless, and the rooms desperately need an update. The room smells of smoke, the tub floods, the linen is not fresh, there are signs of mold and more. What I did appreciate was the attentiveness of the front desk clerk—a gentleman by the name of Jameal. He was polite and did his best to find the best accommodation in the hotel. I believe it is important to recognize his efforts with the circumstances surrounding the hotel. He was polite and did his absolute best to make me and my family feel welcome.

Hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed in: I now have a rash from bed bugs or uncleanliness. Unsafe area. The entire hotel is purely gross. Someone stole the buttons from the room phone for whatever reason. The TV didn't really work and had wires just hanging down from it. The maid staff would just leave room doors open when they were done cleaning them. This negligence is why I turned down room service on both days. It didn't matter anyway because the sheets that were on the bed gave me a rash on my back and had burn holes in the comforter. Ex: I was given a half filled shampoo bottle so I just walked right next door and grabbed an unopened bottle since the door was WIDE OPEN. I just had to ignore the random trash piles of food They say the hotel is "under construction" which I highly doubt. There are random patches in the walls from clearly being punched. I didn't have breakfast which is probably the best because judging from the 1972 coffee maker they had the food probably had Chernobyl radiation in it.

It was a horrible experience. The smell of smoke was everywhere and I am pregnant and had my 6 yo daughter with us. The hotel was loud and dirty. Very close to a lot of things, but that was the only positive

The room was duty and stinky. You could see the dirt on the mirrors, paint on carpet, bathroom door was to big fro frame so it wouldn't close, when taking a shower you actually was standing in the water. Drain wasn't working good.

They definitely can’t use the name Wyndham here! It’s not no where near it! The owners needs to come an see what they are putting out ! This is ridiculous. Like sweep, mop, dust- this hotel could Go far with the location but the cleanliness definitely brings it down! Starting with the hounds around the property

This an extended stay hotel. This hotel is not where you want to stay. The rooms smell like cigarettes smoke. Had to change my room. Second room the same. Shower floods the bathroom. Shower curtain to short. Bathroom not clean, carpet has and bad smell, window mold and mildew, draws broken, and wifi don’t work. Etc

Do not stay at this hotel. As a Wyndham rewards member, I'm embarrassed that Wyndham has their name on this hotel. Rooms are dirty and dated with no amenities. Shower head did not work. Has the appearance of renting by the hour. Horrible stay.
