The service attitude is not good, the facilities are not complete, the rooms and bathrooms are very poor and small, and there is no feeling of a five-star hotel at all. It was a very bad experience🥺

It deserves to be a top designer hotel. The location is super convenient.
Snacks and drinks in the minibar are free. You can pay for hotel breakfast on the terrace on the 5th floor. The service is great! Enjoyed my last night in Copenhagen!
