Clean as a pin and very comfortable with Amish made furniture and cotton quilts. Quiet and safe. Would stay there again. Very convenient to the park. Very friendly staff. Hot coffee and choice of muffins, etc for continental breakfast. Great water pressure and nice sized bathroom for a log cabin. Very relaxing.

Clean, convenient and rustic but badly needing some maintenance and updating. Broken switches, tv remotes taped up with sticky tape, and bedroom tvs that don’t work simply does not cut it for $495/ night. Wifi is also based around one connection emanating from the office. There needs to be a dedicated modem in each unit. This is relative inexpensive .

The chalets are clean and comfortable with spacious bathroom and a little hutch with small fridge and microwave. Small coffeemaker supplied. The WiFi is pretty spotty unless you go sit on the porch of the office. It's off a busy road and large semi-dump trucks seem to go up and down the road beside the property all afternoon (we were out in the mornings hiking). Very convenient to the West Entrance of Glacier National Park and easy to get to cute little town of Whitefish. Less than 30 minutes to Kallispell airport.

This is the just of an email I sent to the owner, Jason Gilseth, 3 days ago fter our stay 7/17/24 to 7/19/24. So far, no response: Hi Jason, I do not believe your "house" is worth $495 a night for your “best” cabin available. I thought I was getting a truly wonderful & luxurious experience in your rustic cabin. Your house is more like very Outdated Rustic cabin. I am VERY disappointed. These are my reasons: 1. We did not have the designated WiFi connection on Day 1. 2. The fan in the bathroom is very loud, maybe a bearing issue. (Video/audio available) 3. The bathroom shower/tub was great in 1990's when it was probably installed, but the gold plating is tarnished and the sliding shower doors are difficult/heavy to move. (Photos attached) 4. As there is no A/C, there are also no floor fans to mitigate the warm temperatures in the great room or 2nd bedroom. 5. There is a dedicated room for a washer/dryer, but no washer/dryer (again paying $495 a night ala an Airbnb) 6. A general lack of 2024 electronic connections/outlets. The floor outlet on one bedroom doesn't work. Also, the floor outlet by the dining table only works if I shim my plug-in to stand upright. 7. No are wine glasses in the kitchen, nor opener. 8. There were only 3 hangers in the 2nd bedroom on a rack that is very high, against a wall that needs painting. 9. Each of the dated mini blinds are very difficult to move downward - as to block the sunshine in the warm months. (The sunroom was lovely but very warm and thus useless.) 10. The dining room chairs' upholstery are dated & full of small holes. (Photo attached) 11. The porch entryway needs painting. (Photos attached) 12. My wife emptied the dishwasher - WHY. Again, if I was spending $200 a night, these grievances might be 1/2-way understood. At $495 a night, I and anyone else should expect much better accommodations and care.

Un chalet magnifique avec tout le confort nécessaire dans un endroit calme. À proximité direct du parc et de nombreux commerces et restaurants. Une bonne connexion wifi et petit-déjeuner en chambre. Accueil chaleureux. Je recommande vivement 🤩

We stayed three nights at the Silver Wolf Log Chalets Resort. They provide a guest with bear spray at no cost. We took it to Glacier Nat. Park. There are only ten units. No A/C but a gas log furnace to heat in September for our visit. Our host was very friendly and helpful when we checked in to our cabin. Glacier Park is only a 7 minute drive from there. They provided a nice breakfast each day. Milk, O.J. Coffee, two muffins, two cereals, two trail bars and some type of fruit. Front porch has two Adirondack chairs. Very clean and beautiful bathroom. Small flatscreen TV with remote mounted to wall. Located just off the highway leading to Glacier. Reasonably priced at $200.00 per night. Very quiet at night, in the woods, parking is conveniently located nearby with spots marked by number same as your cabin. I would highly recommend this venue. Make reservations over the internet. We felt like it was our home away from home.

Cute cabin that needs some attention to detail. About 6 slates on the plastic blinds were broken off on the front so people could see right in. Hand towel hanging on rack when we arrived looked liked it had already been used. Lots of dust, coin and nuts under the bed. Overhead light and light over the bed did not work. Stains on chair cushions and pillows were horrible. No WiFi. Bathroom was fairly clean and the water had good pressure and was hot. Lady in the office was very pleasant and informative. For a total of 430.00 for two nights was expecting it to be cleaner and things in working order. Best part was that it was close to Glacier.

I am disappointed in how extraordinarily unprofessional this place is. When we arrived during check in/office hours, there was no one present. We also did not have a cabin assignment as said would be available for late check in via the email sent a week prior. We had to call the number on the door multiple times before getting an answer only to have the person who answered be surprised the office was empty and then ask us to hold before hanging up. After 20 minutes with no response we received a call telling us which cabin was ours. Once getting to the cabin no keys were present and 2 of the 5 lights (including the primary overhead light) were nonfunctional. After calling back, we were told that someone would be there in 45 minutes. About an hour later we finally got our keys and mentioned the lights which we were told would be fixed the following day. After staying here 3 nights, the lights have never once been addressed and we never received any contact from anyone about the status of the lights. I would highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

The cabin was nicely decorated with rustic decor. The breakfast was good with a piece of fruit, a container of cereal, a large muffin and a trail bar for each of us plus a small container of milk and orange juice. We found the cabin dirty with dirty floors and the shower curtain was moldy on the bottom. There is no AC in these cabins which was fine at night. We slept with the windows open but the trains are loud throughout the night. the cabin contained a refrigerator and microwave.
