Staff was friendly. The only problem I had here on our six night stay was on day three around 9:30am I heard someone unlocking our door. Thankfully I had the inside safety lock on the door because they didn't even even knock. I went to the door and there was a woman there and also the man who checked us in on Monday evening. I asked if I could help them and the woman asked hastily "Are you checking out at 11?" I told her "No, we are registered until Sunday." She didn't even apologize for trying to barge into our room.

Room was smelling and the bathroom floors dirty. Carpet was very old and only one lamp in the whole room. At least the bed sheets were clean.

The room was stinky. We had to go buy an air freshener. There were a couple critters crawling around in the room, not bed bugs but other types. Not what I expected it to be.

Came down from Michigan for the NASCAR race. We had booked a hotel in Charolette but it was so bad we left without even staying a night. We then got a hotel in Concord for one night but with race weekend they wanted to keep raising the price every night it got closer to race. We found this place and are very happy we did. The location is super nice. Unlike the first place we tried this felt safe. The hotel is a little older and not perfect but for the price I can’t complain a single bit after what we went through the places before. All the employees we seen were super nice. Will come back next time I’m in the area

Good location, friendly staff, simple accommodations and that's what I expected for mini hotel price. But what I didn't expect is for my room to smell like an old cigarette. It's not the hotel's fault that people don't follow the rules of NO SMOKING IN ROOM, but they do and they did obviously. It was late and I liked my room location so I just called desk to say it smells like old smoke and that I don't want them to think I had after cking out. They supplied me with a heavy duty disinfectant spray and we called it a night. Overall it was a 'get what you pay for' stay. Only wish smokers would be more considerate and not leave their stinky habit behind!!!!!!

The room and common areas were cleaner than expected and the hotel is in a very safe area. The breakfast was basic with waffles, bagels, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee and juices. The hotel and surrounding area were very quiet. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.
