這家酒店位置還行，在市區居民區裏，但是有很多問題，酒店共2層，沒有電梯，還有床真的好高，對於1.6米的我來説，每次上床是要爬上去的，下床要跳下來的，所以對於身高不高的人尤其是老年人來説不合適這酒店。枕頭是圖片上那種很小的四方枕，晚上睡覺轉個身，頭就會從枕頭上滑落。最不能接受的是這個圖片中的空調機，無論怎麼調試，它都會沒過幾分鐘就自動停了，然後過一會又自動啟動，啟動的聲音非常響，最後衹能關了，但是又會熱醒，總之我一晚上都沒有睡好。還有早餐，真的是沒有啥東西吃，沒有水果，而關鍵問題是餐廳的座位非常少，很多人沒有位置，我們衹能拿着食物坐在大堂裏捧着盤子吃。因此不推薦大家在康寧住這家。
