The staff here are all of a similar mind in that they wish you to have a wonderful time and from our experience they really do try. The Inspire Princess is not quite the perfect palace for all as there is a clear divide between those willing to pay more as Esencia guests and the rest! Even so the facilities are kept clean and tidy for all , the 3 pools , the areas for sunbathing, the bars but especially the food market restaurant and The One, Food is to a good standard with great breakfasts, from simple continental to full English , plenty of tea and coffee but got to say the drinks machine juices lack quality. Lunch has options of buffet or from a made to order menu whilst evening meals should meet everyone’s tastes, from salads, to grill cooking be it fish or steak, chicken etc or the main meat that could be , beef, pork, turkey with limited vegetables for choice. Although the Annex block of rooms are quite modern and comfortable and all with pool view they never get any sunshine morning, noon or evening and as a consequence those sun beds by the main pool area immediately infront of its shape are also devoid of sunshine! Entertainment came via the huge stage or beamed via the Lyon Bar for all to view, this stopped at 11pm but if you liked a disco this carried on till late Overall the hotel offers a good standard of accommodation, food and drinks that should make for a good holiday Tips: use the lift on level one to get to level 4 instead of climbing 52 steps; use the back gate to save walking around the hotel to better access the Obe bar or the Lyon bar

Très belle hôtel, la musique le soir était partagée dans tout l'hôtel mais un peu fort, surtout si on a envie de dormir. Le service ménagé pas toujours attentifs, oublient . Mais dans l'ensemble c'était bien, très bonne nourriture. Calme la journée à la piscine

I have been coming to this hotel since 2011 when it was known as the Bahia Princess. I love it! But sadly this time there was an issue with the evening meal in the main restaurant not being properly heated but the situation was well dealt with by the TUI reps and the Guest Service manager. Sadly when we took up the option of the use of The One Restaurant for an evening meal the meal was awful. The hot starters were poor, the main meal was served on a cold plate and became luke warm within minutes and unappetising. The soup too was luke warm accompanied by bread rolls that were like solid rocks. As this was our last night I hadn't the time to bring that to anyone's attention. But the food issues apart, the hotel is excellent. Great staff in all areas. Great location for local bars and buses. 5 minutes from the beach. Great views of the mountains and the sea. Don't be put off by my comments about the food. BUT if it happens to you, bring it to the attention of the TUI reps to resolve.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war einfach großartig ! Die wunderschöne und äußerst gepflegte Anlage lädt zum Verweilen ein und bietet eine traumhafte Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit – die Zimmer waren makellos, und der Zimmerservice ließ keine Wünsche offen. Auch in den Restaurants wurden wir stets von einem aufmerksamen und freundlichen Service verwöhnt. Die Restaurants sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Gerichte sind jedoch mehr auf das englische Publikum zugeschnitten und könnten etwas variantenreicher und vor allem regionaler sein. Das Sportprogramm des Hotels ist hervorragend organisiert und bietet eine große Auswahl für alle Sportfans. Hier möchten wir besonders den Animateur Chris loben: Er macht einen außergewöhnlich guten Job und versteht es, Menschen zu motivieren, an seinem abwechslungsreichen Sportprogramm teilzunehmen. Chris führt die Programme nicht nur mit großer Professionalität, sondern auch mit viel Humor und Herz durch. Er schafft es, Menschen aus aller Welt zusammenzubringen, ohne dabei aufdringlich zu wirken. Seine sympathische Art macht jede Aktivität und jedes Abendprogramm zu einem echten Erlebnis! Wir können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen und bedanken uns ganz besonders bei Chris und dem gesamten Team für einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt!

Fabulous holiday at this wonderful hotel. Great location. Fantastic staff , always friendly and obliging. Special mention to Javier in the restaurants and James on reception. Our first time at this hotel but we are already planing our next trip back here.

Lugar donde desconectar y descansar. Muy contento con el trato y sobre todo destacar a la señorita Tamara de restaurante, un trato familiar y hospitalario 100/10 ! Lo recomiendo 100% sobre todo para ir en pareja o con amigos. La comida excelente.

Currently on holiday at the hotel. We are staying half board, thankfully. The buffet food isn’t great, poor quality. The evening entertainment is horrendous, bellowing music/singers echoing around the whole hotel until 11pm every night, impossible to relax or sleep before then. Won’t return and wouldn’t recommend. A On a plus, the bar staff a friendly and helpful.
