Great staff working at the buffet. Thumbs up to Yani, who took care of our table every day in a very professional and friendly approach, we really loved it. The hotel is well located, walking distance to the beach, party area and Siam Park & Mall. The room was big enough and comfortable, with excellent cleaning service. I read elsewhere the location was noisy, however, this wasn't the case at all on the 3rd floor facing the window (while the party area next to the beach was very busy). Overall, great experience, definitely recommendable.

My partner and I (26 years) stayed for 9 nights and booked via easy jet. We did our own transfer , by getting a taxi for €27 euros from outside the airport to the hotel, which was very easy and took 15 mins. When we arrived we were early, but able to put cases in luggage room and receive our all inclusive wristbands and a welcome drink. Food - lots of selection and very fresh, however quite repetitive on a 2-3 day cycle, which is usual for all inclusive buffets. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner out on different occasions to try some of the local restaurants. Delicious omelettes made to order at breakfast were a highlight and being able to order steak to be cooked to your liking at dinner as well. We were pleased to have paella available each night too. Drinks - we were all inclusive so my partner was able to help himself to beers as much as he wanted and I ordered from the very friendly and cheery bar staff. Sangria and strawberry daiquiris were lovely and amaretto and coke were decent servings! There is also a water system available which was very handy and saved us a lot of money we usually spend on buying big bottles from the supermarkets. Room - our room was clean and had a great view of the pool area and the sea in the distance as we had requested a high room when we booked. ‘Double’ was a twin bed put together, which we were happy with as it meant we had lots of room. Fridge available and plenty of wardrobe space. Entertainment team - 10/10!! There was a range of activities throughout the day like water polo, darts, archery etc. The team were friendly and encouraging but not at all pushy if you didn’t want to join in. Swimming pool is lovely and refreshing and has a deep area as well as an area you can stand up in/sit. Inflatables were an activity on two days which were fun and entertaining to watch. Pool party at night was a good laugh with the inflatable and a DJ and strobe lights. Pool was warm at night too which was good! Treats were bought round in the afternoon by bar staff or entertainment team on some days and available to all guests, things like watermelon, sorbets and ice creams to try. Entertainment team also did some cocktail making shows - delicious sangria and paella making as well! We booked Siam Park through the excursion lady, who was based at the hotel. She was really helpful and it was all easy to book. Easy 10 min walk from hotel to the water park. Overall, would recommend and stay again!

Just come back from a 2 week stay at Ole Tropical and cannot fault the hotel!! Amazing place to stay. The food choices for the all inclusive restaurant was soooo good! So many choices every day and different. Extremely clean also. Our room was very big and comfortable,cleaned daily,fresh towels and bedding. The maids worked so hard. My favourite thing about this hotel was the entertainment team!! Just wow!! Such genuine and a wonderful team who you could tell were like a little family together. Tomaz is the funniest and happiest man I've ever met. They were always happy and smiling and went out of their way to talk to guests. They planned lots of activities to keep you entertained. Pablo the bar man was wonderful also,so so friendly,genuine and happy all the time. Fantastic location. I could honestly write so much more!! We will be back!!

Don't believe the negative reviews on here. Just returned from a 4 night stay at the hotel on a B&B basis. The staff are honestly the most genuinely pleasant bunch I've ever encountered on a European break. They seem very happy in their roles and they really go over and above to make your stay a good one. Breakfast was of a high standard with plenty of choice, including yummy fresh juices each morning..watermelon was my favourite. I can't comment on evening meals as we ate out at night. You can upgrade to AL for 55 euro each day, minimum 2 days upgrade. However there are so many excellent places to eat in tenerife so B&B was fi e for us. The staff hand out treats around the pool including ice lollies and profiteroles. We ordered pizza one day at the pool bar and the chef kindly gave us another one for free. Little touches like this go a long way! As we were not all inclusive we paid for drinks at the bar and found these very reasonably priced. The pool area is well maintained although had some areas closed off due to maintenance. The lifeguards are very strict with bed placement and not allowing drinks while in the pool which only adds to a high standard of safety. The entertainment team are great fun and made us giggle each day. The first day we arrived there was a trio of excellent singers on. The location is great and the beach can be reached in 15-20 minutes or so as can the safari centre. The only negative we're the rooms I that the beds were quite uncomfortable, rock had and all four of us really didn't sleep well due to this. This is the only negative thing I can say. It was my birthday while there and as others have mentioned, a lovely note and bottle of bubbles was left in the room. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

I booked my holiday in mid 2023 and was rather excited upon the good reviews of this hotel. Around 2/3 weeks prior to my upcoming holiday myself and my partner had a look at the recent reviews and became a little worried about the low/negative reviews. Let me tell you I had the most amazing holiday. Long review but it’s a good one Firstly the food.. The food was buffet style for all 3 meals and had a BBQ day twice per week outside. I follow a vegan diet and was worried about being able to eat within the hotel. Each meal there was a good variety of options and clearly labeled with allergies, and they also had a gluten free selection with all items sealed to prevent cross contamination. Each day they had a wide selection of fresh fruit and veggies and good options. My partner expressed the quality of the meat! They offered a grill service for fish and stakes at dinner time. They offer a range of cocktails included within all inclusive and they are all very good, they had premium spirits and a wide selection of wine at an additional rate. The rooms were basic, a good size and plenty of storage. The rooms were cleaned daily and this includes bed change and towel change. The balcony was a good size with a small drying rack attached to the wall. The rooms come with air con that automatically comes on when the balcony door is shut over. The maids were very friendly and cleaned the rooms to a good standard. The only ‘down’ to the rooms was the bed situation, two single beds pushed together. Pretty standard for hotels abroad so not a complaint. The shower was a good size and had a rainfall style shower head and also a normal movable shower head, with pretty good water pressure. The staff are amazing! Super friendly, positive and full of energy for the start to the end of their shift, even in the heat! The bar, restaurant, reception staff were all very welcoming. The entertainment team are top notch, they learned our names and would chat to myself and my partner each day asking how we were ect. They encourage everyone to get involved in the day time activities. If it’s not your thing they are happy to leave you alone. They often came round the sunbathing area with cocktails and fresh fruit. The location of the hotel is very good! A short walk to the beach and a short walk to Siam park/mall with taxi and local bus stops within reach. There is a pharmacist and supermarket all within a 2-3 minute walk. Overall a great adults only hotel. I would recommend and would definitely stay at this hotel again! It was never overly crowded and no sunbed wars going on at 7am. There was always sunbeds spare no matter what time you went out at!

Good quality hotel especially for the price. Located fairly close to the beach which is only a short walk. Buffet food was good and the chef station was well run. Evening entertainment was ok. Paying extra for parking and a safe isn’t great service.
