Hotel Siroco - Adults Only 18

The hotel and breakfast is ok, but they don’t clean neither change the towels everyday

We enjoyed our week at Sirocco. The apartments are spacious and clean. Yes a bit dated but not too bad and what you expect from a 3 star. Beds comfy and nice to get more than one pillow. We stayed B&B. No issues with choice/quality of food at breakfast. Good selection of bar drinks and snacks. All staff very friendly. Nice location for daily walks by the sea and out to local shops, bars and restaurants. The pool area and beds don't get released until 10am. The people hanging around to pounce spoilt it, but if you wanted a space by an umbrella you needed to get in early. Overall lovely week and would go back.

The website may not be where you stay as there is 2 parts to the complex , although the rooms are almost the same just different pools it does get extremely hot in the rooms as there is no air conditioning we just left the window open at night. The staff are extremely friendly especially the crazy entertainment manager he is so funny all i can say is I would definitely come back again

First thing I have to mention is Dora on reception she is so nice, nothing is too much trouble for her and always a welcoming smile. Rooms are spacious and clean we like rooms 131 to 127 as you get your own garden area with sun beds. Food has been very good, I’m a fussy eater and I’ve had some delicious food every day. All staff are so nice, gardeners, cleaners and restaurant.

We stayed at the hotel Siroco for 10 nights at the start we of September. The hotel was very clean and the rooms have plenty of space. The pool area is clean and there’s plenty of spare sun beds. We found all the staff to be very polite. The only slight negative was the food was at times a little repetitive. We found the hotel very quiet on a night time even though we didn’t stay in serenity area. Thank you to all the staff who made our holiday special.

Lovely clean apartments , which are spacious. Stayed on the non serenity side . Pool open from 10 am till 6.00 pm and then can get a lounger . More than enough loungers. No sun lounger wars .Apartment was cleaned twice in our week - would have preferred it to be done 3 times across the week. Not far from the beach, bars. Entertainment at the complex is okay with different things to do. Could do with some ambient music round the pool rather than rocking Robin and songs like that on repeat, although this was only on one day the music that is. It is our third time staying and is quiet at night and comfortable. Good choices with breakfast.

Just home from a great 7 nights in this hotel. Very clean and tidy hotel, rooms are great very spacious. Shower always had warm water and was ideal. Excellent view of the pool from our balcony. We were self catering and paid for breakfast each morning. 9 euros each for a buffet breakfast. Variety of choices including your normal sausages bacon egg etc as well as cereal, fruit, pastries, tea coffee and juices. Breakfast was until 10:30am so no need to get up mega early. Pool area was excellent. Plenty of loungers although the downfall was not a lot of parasols. Variety of beer, cocktails, spirits and juice at the pool bar as well as bar snacks, burgers, pizza, nachos etc. The activities on each day were varied including water valley ball, water polo, darts, riffle shooting, ping pong. The animation guy was excellent and involved everyone who wanted to take part. We never ate at dinner time at the hotel. We ventured down into Costa Teguise and ate out each night so cannot comment on evening meal. Only a 10/15 min walk down to the main area. There was a supermarket 5 mins away. Reception staff were lovely and very helpful. Rooms got cleaned on a Monday Wednesday Friday and the cleaners did a fab job. Towels changed on the same day also. The other downfall was that if you have a nighttime flight back home there was no shower facilities once you had checked out your room. Although check out was 12pm which was much better than most hotels you couldn’t really enjoy your last day in sun as you didn’t have anywhere to shower before your flight home, but this would not stop me from returning to this hotel as we both had a very enjoyable stay and we hope to visit again soon.

We are enjoying our second holiday here atm and as good as ever! Lovely staff, fab apartment, just great! We love the peaceful element in Serenity where the other guest around and about are so friendly and chilled. Half board and breakfast great and always something we like for dinner. Apartment is spotlessly clean and functional. Had a massage at the spa with Mika which was so good I've booked another. Love the cat fix as we miss ours. They do like a fuss but are clean, friendly and well cared for and only bother you if you want them to. Already planning next years return.
