I was in town for a work conference and to stay at this hotel on Thursday and Friday. When I checked in Thursday night I pulled back the bedding and it had not been changed. There were many short black hairs on the sheets. I went down to the front desk (they were wonderful and very kind) to get clean bedding. I changed the bedding, but the air conditioning was not working properly so the room was uncomfortably warm. When I put the top lid down on the toilet seat there was dried urine behind it, where the seat is attached to the bowl, so the bathroom was not cleaned properly either. I also let the front desk know about this. They did offer me a complimentary breakfast but I didn't accept. We were having breakfast at the work conference I was attending. I was also given a fan to help with the warm room. It was a little round desk fan that the front desk staff uses for themselves while working. I usually never stay at Hilton but since the conference suggested this hotel as it was within walking distance most of us attending were booked to stay here. I will continue to avoid Hilton hotels. Also I am trying to upload my pictures and it is not working.

I booked my hotel room over two weeks ago through my business and was to be booked in a king Junior suite. I checked on online and it said my room would be ready, however, when I arrived, they said they had no rooms left. Never was I greeted as a Hilton Honors member. Apparently, it doesn’t matter here whether you’re a Hilton Diamond level member. I asked if they could give me any perks since my room was apparently given away, and the answer was no. Little do they know I’m in charge of recommending hotels for our statewide business for the next six months, and this will be going down on my “no” list.

This hotel was very nice. We were greeted by a guest services attendant who was very welcoming. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bar/food server gave excellent service. The check-in and check-out process very easy. Thank you for making our post travel day relaxing.

Hotel stay was good. I want to give a shout out to Patrick! We had an issue with our bill and Patrick was very helpful!! Would definitely recommend staying here. ****** is next door so it was fun to visit. Also not far away from downtown Omaha, very easy to get to from the hotel.

Amazing experience! Front desk service was incredible, Jason was so friendly and accommodating. I spend over 50% nights on road. He made me feel at home. Dee was great on check out, wanted to make sure my stay was great! Thank you for the great experience.

Checked in on Thursday with checkout on Monday.Friday late afternoon my keycard would not work. Went to the front desk and was told the room was out of order and I was a “no show”. Told them I already had stayed for a night.Finally got the key recoded.Sat afternoon housekeeping was at the door saying they had me as checking out that day. A call to the front desk got that taken care of. The room was very clean. A recent remodel really spruced up the place. It’s too bad with the remodel that they didn’t replace the windows. Several of the rooms I have stayed in there have large gaps in between the windows so if it’s windy it’s very loud and you can really hear the outside noise.

Horrendous experience - had to wait over an hour at check in even though they had a room available when our original room's keypad didn't work - instead of giving us the available room they made us wait - never got it fixed and eventually gave us another room. That night we went to a Alzheimer's and mental health benefit and came in late - only food available was from ****** next door which we brought to eat together in lobby- the manager Andrea screamed at us that we couldn't eat on the empty tables in the lobby - when we tried to move to the front of the lobby as we were staying in 3 different rooms and just wanted to eat together she called security from the ****** and the security guard Robert French threatened they were going to kick us out of the hotel. I have never been treated anywhere in the world like this before. I tried to talk to the staff the next morning and emailed Hllton with no response - as a business owner I'd want to know if I had such hostile employees - they could care less. I would stay away.

Our room was clean and nicely done but we did have a few problems. There's a 3" gap in the shower door molding which resulted in a sopping wet floor every time we showered. The TV had no sound, the coffee maker left grounds in the cup and there were no wi-fi instructions. The scenery in room 501 was of the rooftop and Sapp Brothers truck stop. The bed was nice, closet was perfect, microwave worked, and the refrigerator was cold! Everyone was very pleasant.

Let’s just say keep away at all cost. Do t do it. Pool might as well be a bath tub and full of nasty hair. Hotel has a very pungent cigarette smells in all areas. Cracks in toilet seats no lobby checked in in the hallway. Restaurant was a meeting room with a microwave. I could go on and on. Then when requesting a cancellation . Due to entire hotel being under construction front desk said sorry you already paid. Bait and switch at its finest. We had nine rooms every one in the group was extremely unsatisfied. “ Do g Do it , do not stay here period…..
