The place was good, the bed was comfortable, but the TV got stuck at some point and couldn't be turned off or disconnected. Which was a problem because of the light it emitted. The service the first night was good, but the second night one had to wait quite a while for someone to show up at the reception. A little frustrating and problematic if one is in a hurry.
The Location is average, but according to the price, so in that sense I have no real complaint.

Je séjourne actuellement dans cet hôtel et je viens de dîner au restaurant. Restaurant qui propose des plats très basiques ( quiche, pizza, wrap). Pour accompagner ma pizza je commande un verre de vin blanc, sans regarder la carte, en demandant conseil à la serveuse. Elle ne m'en propose qu'un. Au moment de régler la note je découvre avec effroi que le verre était à 10 euros. 16 euros la pizza et 10 euros le verre. J'explique mon mécontentement et là je découvre sur la carte que me tend la personne qui encaisse qu'il y avait 2 autre verres proposés bien moins chers. Aucun ne m'a été proposé. Je crois que j'ai rarement vu un service aussi déplorable. Je trouve ça scandaleux de tromper les clients de la sorte en leur imposant la qualité de vin la plus chère sans leur mentionner. C'est du vol déguisé. Le prix est démesuré et indécent. Aucun geste commercial ni excuse. C'est une honte. Je n'y remettrai plus les pieds. Et je vous engage à faire de même

It was part of our Paris Olympic package, otherwise wouldn't have considered. All in all it was a good hotel. I like that it was secure with a gate and we could park right in front. It was up a level but there was an elevator. The ladies at the front desk were all amazing. Nice and helpful. The man who was there at night and usually the next morning was very rude. He needs a lesson in customer service, not that it would make a difference, but...They called a cab for us several times, so convenient. There are restaurants within walking distance as they only do breakfast, although we took a cab. There is a store out the back gate. They do breakfast which was good, plenty choices. There is a small bar and lounge area. There are many other places in Paris but all in all it was an adequate hotel.

Séjour de 3 nuits avec la désagréable surprise au cours de la deuxième nuit de me retrouver par terre... En me tournant, le surmatelas a glissé du lit, je me suis cogné la tête contre la table de nuit avec une bosse en souvenir ... Le surmatelas est confortable mais pas stable, j'ai dû le remettre en place plusieurs fois pour ne pas glisser. Une plaquette d'information serait bienvenue dans la chambre. Chambre propre et personnel agréable, très bon petit déjeuner.

Très bien situé (en face de l'île de la Jatte). Très bon accueil (mise à disposition d'un plan imprimé, avec trajet le plus optimal pour accéder à l'Arena la Défense, précieux conseils pour se rendre en Seine Saint-Denis avec le Bus et le métro pour le Centre Aquatique).

The hotel is located 20 mins walk from closest Metro, although we did discover a closer train station for the L line at Courbevoie, which was useful. Its a quiet, mostly residential area, out of the city's madness! Such a friendly welcome from reception, and the area was clean and bright The room is relatively small, which I expected, the shower room is on the small side too and the door didnt close. But both were clean, there was a tv and small clothes hanging area. It couldve done with a room safe, and theres also no tea/coffee making materials but I already knew this so brought my own. Theres soap and shower gel, nothing else so bring your own. Breakfast was great! Nicest scrambled egg I've seen at a hotel buffet, its usuall dry. Nice selection on bread and pastries too. No toaster that I could see. It was an expensive stay due to it being Olympic time, but its a reasonably priced usually. Be aware of the walking required to get into Paris (there are bus stops closer, but we were happy to walk). Courbevoie istelf has everything you need, restaurants,shops etc, lovely Japanese restaurant close by. All in all a good stay
