I’ve booked a 3 Bedroom Deluxe Family Apartment. Paid the deposit. A month later, they wrote to say they wanted me to have the “best experience possible” and offered me a room with bunk beds for my kids. How is that “3 bedroom” and “deluxe”? I’ve looked through all variants of the floor plans on their web site that are marked “3 bed room” and none of them show a bunk bed. Disingenuously, they say they can offer me a regular 3 bedroom but only the week after — effectively shoving their problems to me. A true luxury hotel would have gotten these details right up front and solved their own problems in a manner that delivers surprise and delight to customers. This is the second nasty encounter I’ve had with them after I’ve first confirmed my booking with them in early August for a December check-in date. Sad state of affairs at Six Senses. I’ve stayed at several Six Senses in Asia and Maldives and they all were amazing from booking thru to the stays.

I am really grateful for the amazing experience we had in Six Senses Spa Courchevel! The facilities are top notch, the staff is very friendly and attentive, always with a big smile. I had a treatment with Evi and i already look forward to go back next winter because of her magic hands. I have visited many luxury spas around the world but this one is the best so far. Thank you Six Senses Spa team.

Amazing in all ways From welcome to hospitality to service Top people ranging from Angela to all the staff. We would never go anywhere else as though pricey ..the service they extend is worth every cent. Breakfast is so lavish and the ski rentals are just there and they have their own ski lodge on the slopes to hold our rentals I have had the best experience Thank you to the whole six senses team

The choice of Six Senses Courchevel has been the best decision of the year. It has been a magical stay, where the excitement of seeing this place, in eternal Christmas, and the efforts of the collaborators to make this experience an unforgettable memory have come together. The weather was good, but so was the attention to detail so that everything was perfect, to assist us with whatever we needed, to support us with the almost impossible reservations of the places we wanted to visit, to complete a day full of surprises with one of the best experiences of Spa I've ever had. What completes the dream postcard of this place is what is not seen in the photos, but is kept in the heart. Thank you all for making me very happy these days!

Amazing facilites and the most friendly staff ever! Really the team goes above and beyond to help and make sure you don’t have to worry or lift a finger.. from the Spa facilites with Nico that were really nice to decompress on a day to the front desk, ski shop team and leti that helped me with the equipment and the. ski lodge team, Jimmy and everybody in between. Just beautiful setting and a really smooth stay.
