Attentive service and always willing to help, call a taxi, take the bags .. Big room and bathroom, good shower with good water temperature .. also good bed but in the room we chose it was a double (it could be a queen at least).. They provide towels for the hotel's pool and beach, and you can also take them on walks, just register at reception. The beach at the hotel is beautiful, nice for snorkeling in the crystal clear water, lots of fish.. bar near the pool makes hamburgers, tacos and other things if you feel hungry in the afternoon.. sunset from the pool and beach is beautiful!! You don't need to make a reservation at the restaurants, but they do have a waiting list on the day. Seafood Restaurant was open for lunch only. The food in the restaurants was ok.. they don't provide transfer to the ferry.. taxi from the ferry costs about 100 pesos in 2022.

The hotel rooms are not so bad but the buffet food is really terrible. In the Italian restaurant the food is quite good, but it is an impossible mission to get a table, either it is closed or they only serve a few people.

Salvador el gerente de restaurantes lo único rescatable del personal del hotel, hay muy pocas palapas en la zona de "playa" igual en la alberca no hay suficientes espacios con sombrillas, la alberca de adultos estaba en mantenimiento y no nos avisaron al momento que hicimos la reservación por lo tanto muy difcili encontrar un lugar en donde disfrutar la vista y poder relajarse. El personal del restaurante de buffete muy mal encarado, te preparaban el omelette de muy mala manera.

Amooooo! Los chicos de la barra de bar marlin, Vanessa y Eliel son los mejores! El hotel es muy lindo! Mejoraría el buffet de cena pero el italiano es riquísimo más la sopa de tomate Todos Muy amables tanto el servicio de limpieza como el servicio, habitaciones y buffet y los diferentes restaurantes todo 10 de 10, los mejores ampliamente recomendado para vacaciones familiares
