Simplemente pésimo. Desde la llegada hubo poca hospitalidad en el hotel, nos entregaron las habitaciones a las 5pm (2 hrs después de checkin) sucias y en condiciónes deplorables. La atención se Jesse (anfitrión de recepción) fue poco hospitalaria, nos mencionó que no había nada que hacer. Solicitamos el reembolso de las noches y hasta ese momento nos brindaron atenciones. Adjunto fotos para que antes de reservar.

Hotel con pésimo mantenimiento: las habitaciones huelen mal , baños sin extracción de olores, paredes manchadas, espejos rayados. Pésima limpieza: terrazas sucias, muebles y grifería con manchas. Buena comida en restaurante de especialidades y excelente playa

La comida en todos los restaurantes y Buffett es muy mala, el edificio no servía elevador ni el teléfono para solicitar room service. La habitación se encontraba húmeda 24/7. Jamás solucionaron los problemas que tuvimos con el edificio.

Resort was awesome and cozumel was amazing. Staff was so nice and very helpful, highly recommend this place!! There is a lot of different things to on this island. The resort itself has plenty to do as well if you don't want to leave the resort!

Overall decent experience. Had to ask for everything...more than once. When we arrived, broken door lock, phone didn't work, faucet leaked constantly, had to ask for fridge to be stocked. The food was good.

It’s our 3rd trip to an all inclusive resort in Mexico and one of the best! Our swim out room was perfect. The entertainment staff was awesome! Aubrey and his staff went far and beyond and put so much fun into our vacation!

Calm, quiet stay. Nice beaches, beautiful clear water. Aug was def low season, the staff was very attentive and friendly. It was nice to have breakfast on the water every morning.
