Room condition is excellent ⁸ Provides water pressure The room is a bit small, but I didn't feel any inconvenience at all. Front desk Chinese-speaking staff Kindness is 120%. The hotel has a gorgeous hotel rooftop pool and is super close to the beach and other amenities such as a pharmacy, grocery store, and souvenir shops. The customer service was excellent (they even helped me figure out how to pay for my Uber Eats order using the local currency). There were no microwaves in the rooms, but they were gracious enough to heat up my leftover food for me in their hotel kitchen and even presented the food in a gorgeous platter. Their breakfast buffet was very yummy and the hotel itself is a quiet but gorgeous elegant facility!

Excellent hotel for singles or couples. Fantastic location but more importantly friendly staff. Gave good recommendations to eat which is rare and went above and beyond to sort out my bus issues. Nice big double bed. Properly cleaned and shower was warm. Fresh towels and sheets. Free water. Didn't try the buffet breakfast. But again staff went above and beyond to help out my travels. Can be hard being a foreigner but they looked after me like family. Told them I'd be back if I'm danang just to see their smiles and hospitality.

Location of the hotel is fantastic. You could find the grocery store, Spa and Massage shop within 100 meters. Walking across the road, there are a bunch of restaurants and bars on My Khe beach, which makes your stay more vacation vibes. Doormen, room attendants, front desk clerk and managers are all friendly and hospitable with smiles all the time. You could make yourself at home using the facilities such as gym and the rooftop infinity pool. You can dine beside the pool enjoying the city/beach view at night. The nice touch is Sala's trying to interact with guests by having some activities like egg coffe and cooking class. The egg coffe was so amazing. Like what Sala's GM (the manager who is like an English native speaker) said, this flavor is worthy to be brought to the world for the visibility. Fortunately I chose to stay at Sala and I am willing to recommend Sala to the visitors/tourists who are going to come to Da Nang. 飯店地點絕佳，周邊100公尺內有雜貨店跟按摩店。過個大馬路就是美溪沙灘，沙灘上滿滿都是酒吧與餐廳，讓你的假期充滿渡假的儀式感。服務人員從門衛、房務、櫃台到主管層級都非常親切好客有禮及專業。你可以隨意使用飯店設施，像是健身房以及頂樓的無邊際泳池。在泳池畔你可以一邊享受夜景以及你的晚餐。最特別的是，飯店會推出一些小活動像是蛋咖啡的製作展示以及烹飪課，藉此來拉近飯店與住客的距離。其中蛋咖啡完全超出期待，就如同總經理提到的，這風味非常值得推廣到越南以外的地方。很幸運在我的假期期間我選擇住在薩拉，也非常樂意將它推薦給即將來到峴港旅遊的旅客。

Upon check in we were asked to show our Ids and we were gladly obliged .Usually they will just take a copy and return but this night guy will not do it. I asked for them back and he said he need them to register to the police. I ask can you take a copy and keep one id only. He bluntly said no. What a jerk. Then the next day housekeeper forgot to set up toilet paper in our room. When i called to ask for it, the guy brought up only one roll. I asked if we can have 2 and he said ”why”?? What a stupid question to ask. Because we need 2 and it's none of your business that's why. Then when we go to Hoi An using their car service then come back at 12pm and they have us wait for 3h to get 1 out of 2 room. I dont know how they can do that. Front desk staff really don't know how to do their job i think. They know when we arrive, their check in time is 2pm and we even go have lunch to kill the time and when we come back at 2, nobody tell the housekeeper to clean a room for us. My parents both over 60s were so tired from the trip and they have to sit around the lobby and wait. And we see other family get their rooms before us even though they just arrive. Nobody know how to switch room around. I am in hotel business so I know it's not difficult to do . Funny we received no appology, no follow up, I literally have to stare at them 15mins straight to get a room

Let me just say to start with that the staff were 5*,rooms are very good and sea view from upper floors is exceptional,room pretty good but a bit tired,cleaning really good and we found that most days they cleaned twice,the pool is pretty passable except there is only ten SUNBEDS for the whole hotel,I would suggest that at least 30 would be sufficient,the pool got very busy at times,the pool bar didn’t have staff all the time but if you asked you would get drinks fairly quickly,the trips we booked from reception to Hoi an and Ban na hills were very good,we found the main issue to be that the hotel accommodates a lot of conferences which became a big issue for me,putting pressure on the restaurant at breakfast,the swimming pool and even reception,being on an upper floor meant waiting ages for the lift,the breakfast was pretty good,hotel location is great and fairly near bars and restaurants,and across the road from the beach,we found that another big issue,you have to cross four lanes of mental traffic to reach the beach,literally running the gauntlet,a real dread,and the constant tooting day and night is not great for peace and quiet either,also the Vietnamese ALL use the beach/sea everyday from about 5 to 8am and 5pm until dusk with load music etc,quite annoying at times,unlike Thailand where we live the locals do not speak much English at all and don’t recognise zebra crossings so be extremely care crossing any roads,not a bad hotel on the days they don’t have conferences

We lived on the 10 th floor, from one wind we could see the Gua Ning statue and the sea, from another window we could see the Dragon bridge. My family and I had the opportunity to come to Da Nang and stayed at Pandora Hotel last weekend. The location of sjan hotel is extremely convenient for travel and sightseeing. From the hotel, walk to the sea for about 2 minutes. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is also very good. Especially the staff are very happy and cute. The receptionists are very enthusiastic to advise places to go out and eat. Thank you very much Pandora team. Hope to have the opportunity to come back to Da Nang, will definitely choose Pandora!!

I enjoyed every minute of staying in this wonderful hotel. The rooms are cozy and neat. I loved it so much that stayed there for entire month ! Staff was extremely helpful. Especially adorable Tuyet Hao who helped me a lot in sorting out some paperwork issues. Make sure to say hi to her when you come by ;) I highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to visit da nang. Location is perfect. It’s quiet and calm with a beautiful cafe next to it.

really nice little hotel in the middle of an thuong. very nice staff that were able to accommodate me and modify my booking. the water filter machine in the room was a wonderful addition. there are no black out curtains in the living room which was a bit harsh in the morning. but for a short stay, it was fine. some nights the bars nearby play loud music so it can be loud at times.
