When checking in, there is no porter to take luggage, old towels and bed sheets, extra charge for children, average service and facilities, location near the night market, quasi 2 stars, doorman is very enthusiastic to help with luggage when checking out in the morning.

This hotel has a very grand lobby and the staff attending are very friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. Couple downsides are that the walls are a little thin. There was a family up at 4am and they were speaking very loudly and their children were running up and down the halls being very loud. Also, the hotel does not have air conditioning, but they did bring a fan for us when we requested it. The weather in Da Lat at night time was cool enough at night that it wasn't too bad. The hotel is walkable to many restaurants.

People were constantly smoking in the hallway and smoke can easily come into your room from under the door.
