The place is stunning and the people were extremely kind. Our room was so nice we spent most of our holiday inside. Every night we also received a different snack (milk and cream puffs, milk and oats, etc.) beyond the snacks (fruit and some candy) you receive every day. We also picked the breakfast option, it was very Chinese (noodles or a sandwich with fruit and other small things), but extremely delicious ( especially the noodles). Their coffee was always great and they allow for you to have the breakfast in your room if you make a request. Whenever we had a problem they would help us out and they also picked us up from the train station and dropped us off. I have a lot more to say about the place, but I lack the words. I booked this place randomly and was pleasantly surprised. As we were staying on the top floor, the ceiling had a panel that could open up remotely with a button on the wall. The curtain was also remote controlled, and the toilet featured an electrical bidet. Other than a swimming pool, the hotel had an onsen which I didn't use as it was hot the few days I stayed there. There were also laundry machines and dryers that could be used freely without any charges, including free detergents. The hotel was well decorated with beautiful flowers and you could also catch the sunset towards the direction of Cangshan. The staff were all very polite, and the front desk staff were helpful with various questions that we had. The hotel is one street away from Dali Old Town. There are restaurants nearby whether inside or outside the old town, as well as convenience stores. The area is also within walking distance from the Sanyue street.

The location of the hotel is very good, parking is also very convenient, parking is available at the entrance of the hotel, and the security guard will also help direct the parking. The first impression is that this lobby is really big, in this area of the city, it is really good. The corridor is very spacious and there is a place to sit, but people who are afraid of heights are not recommended to look down. In the room, I feel just right, I sleep very comfortable, and the lighting design is very warm.

I stayed in the Shuixi room. The room was very clean and the details were very guaranteed. The toiletries were well equipped, and there was a nice big straw hat. The breakfast was very rich, and there was afternoon tea. The housekeeper was also very thoughtful and considerate. It was great to rest and daydream on the balcony lounge chair and take a bath while watching the sea! It was very suitable for daydreaming and relaxing.

This was a really cosy boutique hotel just beside the lake and we had a lovely family loft with a balcony that opens out to the lake. The hotel service was excellent and helped us with transporting all our huge luggage bags to and fro, as well as up the staircase to our room on the highest 3rd floor. We also had free afternoon tea, goodnight dessert, a free photography session and were given 5 free photos as well. Breakfast was promptly prepared and tasted delicious too. Overall a very enjoyable stay!
