房間裏裏電視打不開，和大堂服務員溝通了兩個小時後回覆説線路不好，特別奇芭的是房間開關竟然直接安裝在床的靠背上，絕對無語，要個發票也遲遲沒有回覆

非常非常不滿意的一次住宿經歷。
首先，服務人員不變通，我們一家人定兩間房，安排在不同樓層；
其次，屋裡設備短缺嚴重，沒有洗髮水、餐巾紙等應備之物；
第三，漠視客户感受，有房間有吹風機，有房間無吹風機，打電話時告訴客户隨緣；
最後，經營理念差，留守服務人員系未成年學生，唯利化，無保障
