The hotel is very dirty, the security is very poor, and the service staff has extremely bad attitude. There are a lot of criminals nearby. Hotel service staff even threaten guests.

The front desk lady was extremely rude. When I walked in she was yelling at an older Hispanic couple when they were simply asking for clarification on something. She seemed incompetent in her job and needs training in basic customer service practices. In addition to the check in process the water in the shower comes out brown when you first turn it on.
