The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre and is within walking distance of the convention center or nearby famous attractions. The rooms are clean and welcoming, soundproof and quiet. Hotel breakfast is OK, every day is not the same, you can make your own pizza. You can also relax in the hotel lobby and have a free coffee. Overall feels good.

Our daughter and her roommate celebrated their 21st birthday at Fairmont Dallas with friends. From beginning to end, the staff was attentive to their every need to insure a special weekend was enjoyed by all. The facility, pool, and restaurants were all great and they loved the location as it was close to so many attractions. The Fairmont was excellent!

The hotel is very nice, right in the center of the city, only ten minutes walk from Kennedy Square, bus station, Big Eye and museum! Moreover, the front desk and service ecology are very good, and the sanitation is first-class. Although Ctrip gives it a three-star rating, it is a four-star high-level hotel!

Easily one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a hot minute. They were more then accommodating and the workers at the front desk were some of the sweetest people i've had the pleasure to chat with. I know for a fact whenever I come back to Dallas I'll be booking with them again in the future. The only things I can point out, and none of them are downsides but simply things to be aware of: - Our room on the ground floor had no windows. This isn't a problem but I did find I wanted to set an alarm on my phone for basically everything since I didn't have the sun to tell me if I super over slept or not - The pillows were a little thin, easy fix though! Just bring your own from home- or if you're rooming by yourself stack the pillows up - Again I think this only matters if you get a room on the ground floor/by the front desk but since it is a Social Hotel they mean that! Could easily hear some partying going on so if you're looking for silence this might not be the best choice for ya

My family and I came to Dallas to visit more family and we stayed at the Springhill Suits. During our stay we used valet services and each time we had an encounter with Chris he was AMAZING. Super on top of everything very time considerate! This guy was such a gentleman. Thank you so much for a bright start to our mornings!

The hotel is awesome~ The location is right in the city center. The 6th floor museums, art galleries and other attractions are all within a 20-minute walk. There are large shopping malls to go shopping, easy to eat, drink and play. The overnight parking fee is 25 knives. The room is large, clean and comfortable, breakfast is the most basic gourmet breakfast, the fruit is very fresh, the tip is about 16 knives/person, the free snacks are available in the lobby from 8pm to 10pm, and the happy hour, check-in in the afternoon. Time is carefully introduced. The overall experience is great, there is a hotel that will be selected next time~

Very good 👍, the location is very good, the room is big enough and clean and tidy! Next time I have the opportunity to continue booking, the facilities are complete, the service is warm, the parking lot next to the hotel is very convenient, and the charge is reasonable for 8 hours per 12 hours.

When you walk into the lobby it is welcoming, modern and clean. Unfortunately none of those feelings go any further into the hotel than that. The rooms were a bit grubby and everything was worn - the cupboard the fridge was in didn’t close properly, the air conditioning was really loud, the bedding was worn (and no longer white), the towels threadbare and the shower badly repaired (I have posted a photo of this and the towels). When we used the shower the mirror misted up and you could see what a previous resident had written on the mirror (I have posted a picture of this) - suggesting no one is cleaning the mirrors, and if they are skipping them then what else are they skipping? As for the on site restaurant, what can I say? Do not eat here. When we tried to there was a big crowd at the bar, making a lot of noise, and we were seated in the small bar area. Despite having three couples dining they seated us all in the small, crowded bar area and didn’t open the restaurant seating. The menu is very small, not many options at all, and the drinks menu shows about a tenth of the drinks they actually have. Our waitress seemed confused easily, my wife asked if they had Sierra Mist to drink and received a blank look and a puzzled ‘Mist?’ as an answer. When our food arrived my wife’s salad had some unidentified black bits in it and I found a twisted ribbon of metal in between a slice of lukewarm sausage and the soggy fries. We called the waitress over to receive more blank looks to our complaints, no apologies or suggestions of alternatives. In the end we just got up and left, saying we weren’t going to pay for a meal that we hadn’t eaten because we didn’t fancy a trip to hospital. So, dangerous food, poor service and an unpleasant environment - do yourselves a favour and do what we did, go out and eat the great Mexican food at Uno Mas around the corner.
