由於入住時晚上10點後，進房間先洗澡的。然後再在開空調，首先是房間。空調跟發動機一樣高轉速的響動。聯繫前台前台毫無處理意願，自行看着辦的意思。説給我們處理，一直拖着第二天，毫無工作人員處理。
前台，由於房間吹風機壞了，聯繫前台，前台稱為什麼要用到吹風機。現有的吹風機能吹不就行了。吹風機壞了我應該怎麼吹。態度極其惡劣，讓她換一個他讓我自己去前台拿，不是不願意去，是前台的態度，前台問我説不吹不行嗎。。我笑了。真的，我出去消費，還得看前台臉色。
中午説半小時經理就來處理，等40分鐘，等不及了去前台退房，前台説經理還在睡覺12點了處理問題的經理還在睡覺。前台説退100塊錢給我們，這是錢解決的事嗎，
服務好不好都不重要，設備設施咋先配套清楚，這不應該是每個酒店的標準嗎，
