預訂過程中訊息不明確，導致入住時出現誤解。硬件設施太差，房間太小，沒有晾毛巾的地方，房間就在路邊，特別吵，也特別冷。房間居然沒有鑰匙，沒有安全感，直接不能洗澡，籠頭是壞的。特別差的一次住宿體驗。

建議住這裏，景區內，玩起來特別方便，自駕隨便開，路線酒店會告訴你，自己也能找但不如他們介紹的好、美，因為都玩過對比過，酒店條件也還行，最主要是他那乾淨，拍星空的話一定要那裡，所有的景色，還有肉眼看更美

圖片和酒店嚴重不符，房間設施比較差。半夜冷的被凍醒，海拔4700多，房間無氧氣，無加濕機、無早餐。就是一個小民宿，卻寫着假日酒店。

可能因為是景區，溢價很高真的！跟外面一百多兩百多的酒店差不多！而這裏六百多，真的有點不值，那天開車到納木措已經太晚了，不想開夜車！能再往前走走的，納木措景區的酒店就不要考慮了吧！另外要一個氧氣瓶居然還要200元！我就衹能呵呵了！一定要住景區的，也就衹能接受啦！總比開夜車好啦！
