老闆服務態度不好，説話一點都不隨和，傲慢和自大。花錢還受氣。房間滿不滿意就先不説了，本來定了3間，還打算再訂一間的。關鍵是態度讓人不舒服，當場取消訂單，結果一直不給我們退，拖延不處理。後來扣我們40%手續費，後平台協商扣30%所以請小夥伴們**全額退。請避免踩坑，避免踩坑，避免踩坑！
