We stayed at Hotel Blue Sapphire for two weeks. We love it and highly recommend it! There were three of us and one had his own room while two of us shared a room. It is not far from the airport so a great location. The rooms: we had two beds, a king and a full, no pull out beds. We had plenty of charging stations and a sitting area with two cushioned chairs and a sofa. There was a writing desk, a fridge, and a kettle for boiling water. Great shower and a western toilet (we liked that!). The service: every time the cleaning staff came in they not only made our beds, they cleaned and sanitized the bathroom and left us with plenty of bottled water. They replenished the coffee, tea and powdered creamer. The staff at the front desk were always friendly, despite the many copies requests I sent down to them for our room! There is a business center and a gym. There is also a laundry service. If you drop off your clothes in the morning they bring them to your room that night. The manager is friendly and always asked for feedback and was always helpful. They took great care of us! Security: this hotel has a manned gate and 24 hour armed security officer. We felt safe and were confident that our belongings in our rooms were in good hands. The restaurant: a hot breakfast buffet with eggs to order was included with the room. We typically ate dinner there at the attached Sugar & Spice Restaurant. The hotel has a definite Indian flavor and a large menu of Indian cuisine with a chef specialized in that fare. Despite that, they were sensitive to my cumin allergy. I stayed away from that part of the menu and I was fine. The manager and staff were fantastic every time, with rare hiccups. The food was amazing and we kept coming back! Highly recommend this hotel! Update: Our group stayed here again this year (2023) and my wife came with me this time. I was happy to share this experience with her. We loved our room and the staff. The hotel staff often left little decorations on our bed. Such a sweet touch!

Indian shop, very close to the government building, surrounded by houses under construction, people are not so dense, but relatively safe, occasionally power outages, parking lots, rooms are very large, the bathroom is also very good, there is a small single room single bed You can live with a babysitter or a driver. There is a little noise around you. Sleep and remember to close the window.

The staff were very pleasant, helpful and always doing their best to make the guests comfortable. The rooms were very cozy and clean, with working TV, mini fridge and aircon. The toilets were very clean and sanitized and towels also smelled like they have been washed well. I liked that the hotel was in the middle of the city with close access to a variety of important places, restaurants and shopping. What i didn't like though was that there was a lot of noise around my room as cleaning staff were busy cleaning other rooms and making lots of noises and banging doors. Also i was in a non smoking room and i could smell smoke coming from other rooms. I asked for reception to change my room, which they did.

The room was clean, clean linens. The room has a TV. The bathroom is clean, the plumbing is new, there is hot water. From the port 20 minutes walk. There is a KFC nearby.

I spent 2 nights on a business trip and 1 night on staff. The establishment is good, a little old but with impeccable service and charming employees. The breakfast buffet deserves to be improved, however.

Our rooms were spacious and had all basic amenities plus more. The hotel staff were excellent throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome. I had the pleasure of dining at Mediterraneo Hotel, and it was an unforgettable experience. My friends and I were immediately enchanted by the serene sounds of the waves and the calming ambiance that the beachfront setting provided. The atmosphere was nothing short of magical, offering the perfect backdrop for a relaxing evening. The staff truly elevated our experience. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and attentive to our every need. Their impeccable service made us feel like VIPs, ensuring that every detail of our dinner was perfect. The food was equally impressive. Every dish was beautifully presented and delicious, reflecting the high standards of the hotel. We left feeling satisfied, not just by the meal, but by the entire experience. If you're looking for a place that combines stunning views, exceptional service, and delicious food, Mediterraneo Hotel should be at the top of your list. It was a perfect evening, and I can't wait to return.

It‘s a fairly new hotel and part of Marriott Bonvoy. I enjoyed to stay there a lot, the staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet is nice and with various options. The pool has a nice size, however lacking a view. Talking about view, some rooms have nice sea view. Others have pool view but you also see the green landscape which is nice too. The rooms are pretty big, kind of small TV though, but they feel very comfortable and the bed is great too. Also USB and an international power plug at the night stand, which still a lot of other hotels don‘t have. Rooms are cleaned very well. The gym is very basic, only machines for cardio and a few weights. Ate dinner at the restaurant several times and always got good food. There is an area called Slipway just 5 walking minutes away, that also provides great food options and a bit of nightlife.
