上次來大同就入住這裏，留下了美好的印象。這次來還是訂了雲岡大酒店，感覺服務比上次更好了！前台（名字沒來得及記住，人美心善）辦入住又快又熱情。每次打電話到前台有需求都會一一滿足。客房的服務員真的不厭其煩滿足需求，每次送酒店用品都很熱情。早餐品種眾多味道都不錯。雖然是暑假人很多。但是服務是跟得上的。服務員雷福龍、張志芳給我留下深刻印象，服務像家人般温暖。還一位姓張的男服務員也很熱情到位！總之每個部門都很讓人滿意。下次還會入住！
