The hotel is located in the middle of the mountain, next to a small lake, plus the hotel's unique shape, it is quiet and elegant. The environment is also true, there are small squirrels jumping up and down next to the mountains. Intercontinental in Davos is a rare hotel, so breakfast is basically the Chinese world (tour group). Catering has also taken care of the tastes of Chinese people. The hotel’s children’s paradise is the most child of all the hotels in this trip, and it’s a great time to have fun. The rooms are great, the spacious terraces, and the best of the stars. q When staying, the hotel presented a cable car ticket for hiking. Although there was light rain when the weather was dark the next day, it was still fun. The top of the mountain can be hike, you can ride, and there is undecided snow. When the winter arrives, the mountains are covered with snow and you will experience the joy of skiing.

A fantastically spacious appartment, immaculately clean and very well equipped. All the staff in the main hotel were friendly and efficient, even though they were often in demand from the many groups staying there. The bar was really nice with a competetive price list (by Swiss standards) and served with lovely nibbles and a smile. There was a free concert every early evening on the road above the airport and it was lovely to see local families and visitors enjoying the music. The location was excellent with nearby shops, transport, the art gallery and lovely walks and climbs. There were some minor negatives: the English TV channels were not working but it was nice to have the chance for conversation and reading - my advice is to take an extra book! We should have reported it but didn't... Some cushions on the sofas would be nice too.

We can only recommend the Concordia in all respects, even if it is a older construction year. We were stayed there in the course of a booked train trip of a well-known Swiss company and were very satisfied. Rooms in top condition,(our even with large balcony), cleaning and equipment without any injury. , and even if the bathroom has a visual size, which is certainly due to the construction year, it is clean and sufficient. The reception is very well placed and always very friendly and helpful in all questions about the hotel, the city and all questions about the booked trains. Thank you especially ☆ Special is also the free parking in the hotel in the middle of Davos!! , which is very well organized by the reception. ☆ Breakfast and dinner are over-average and varied for a 3-star hotel. The staff is very good and careful, as all staff in the hotel are very friendly and premature, the family atmosphere in the house has very well been enjoyed. ☆ A bus stop is just in front of the hotel and with the integrated gray lockpass is the entire surrounding area and the Davos Square station in a few minutes free of charge. ☆ Overall, the Concordia Hotel in Davos is even a small secret tip, as it is only so that it is turning from hotel palaces in the city where at high prices no much more comfort can be offered, except perhaps a parking space for high parking fees. ☆ Our recommendation is certain that we would book it immediately. Thanks to the entire team for a great week in Davos ☆☆☆☆☆

My husband and I spent the old week at Hotel Strela. We had a relaxed and beautiful time in Davos - but the Hotel Strela has only contributed limitedly. We had a corner room which was very small. In addition, despite the warm weather, it was very cold in the room. According to the reception, the use of heating was reduced, which is good in view of the current situation. But freezing in the room with wool pullover is unpleasant. It was only strongly provided to us with a heat oven. Besides the cold Temp. Breakfast was very disappointing. The selection was short and unchanged, without change - only fulfilled the purpose. What convinced us when booking was the shuttle service, which did not work. In general, our stay was okay. However, it is the small things that make it like, for example, two bottles of water as a greeting in the room, which you could not open without a bottle opener (it had no opener in the room), the inoperative WiFi or that the Cleaners are blocking the door before 9.00 and “storms” into the room. We cannot recommend the Hotel Strela, especially not at this price.

A great experience. I will definitely visit again as soon as I can. The hotel is on the main street of Davos. The building is kind of historical and has a lot of fashion. Parking available for guests. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very generous and various. Good of any preference. Rooms are spacious enough and clean. THANK YOU FAMILY MOROSANI

We stayed here for 4 nights over New Year. Booked this hotel as very few hotels offer anything less than a full week. It’s only a three star hotel with no frllls but this makes it comparatively good value for Switzerland. We had two interconnecting rooms for the 4 of us which worked really well. Rooms were spacious with balconies and decent storage space. Bathrooms quite small but showers incredibly powerful (and hot). Bar is self service but selection is fine and lounge area is comfortable. Very good breakfast choice. Staff all very helpful and friendly. very good location - 2 minutes walk to either train or bus station which makes it easy to get to Klosters Platz or Davos. 5 minute walk to the Madrisa lift. I would stay here again

SSteffenThe hotel is good located. Near by a bus station. Hotel is new and modern, however we have seen a lot of things which needs to be repaired. Parking is expensive with 24 euros per day.
Smell in our room was terrible on arrival. Until I noticed that in the shower the cleaner removed the water outlet so that the bad smell could come in. Only one of the restaurants was open and not much of selection is possible. I would not recommend the restaurant. Waiter said to my daughter that the spaghetti from kids menu is too small and he will make it bigger, then charged 28 euros instead of 18. The Spaghetti was tooooo Al dente. Most of the waiters are unfriendly and let us not feel welcomed. Overall: we will not book this hotel again.
My friend got a handicapped room even he booked the higher category. It seems they had no other room but they did not tell him during checkin. When he asked later they offered another room after 2 days. We complained that we don't like the room but they said many people like it.. Hey, hotel management, when somebody pays so much for a hotel who is not handicapped he don't like a shower curtain instead of nice glass walls, he don't need open space concept cabinets, he needs normal cabinets with doors, he may like to sit on the sofa.. But there was no sofa.
Heating? Not on by purpose. Only when we complained they turned the heater on after 1 day. Instead they provided mobile heater . We talked to other guests who had the same issue. 5* hotel?
The pool temperature was way too low. The noise there unacceptable due to the design which is simple painted concrete walls. Spa are is 3 star only. Nothing which let you stay there for long.
Breakfast was quite good we enjoyed this the most.
To leave the hotel everybody is using the way over the ski room...terrible layout. The layout is not well planned.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the middle of the two train stations. It takes about 15 minutes to walk, but there are buses that can get under the hotel and buses are more frequent. Good breakfast, cereal coffee, etc., you can make waffles yourself, if you want to eat fried eggs or boiled eggs, you need to tell the staff. The hygiene is very clean.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a superb location for skiing considering the walk to the lift is literally 30 seconds. It is fair to say that the hotel is in the heart of Davos Dorf which is the calm and quiet side of Davos. For the lively part and the good after-ski places you have to take a bus for 10 mins to Davos Platz. The spa of the hotel is nice and the rooms are decent size. The only complaint is probably the service. Staff are friendly but the service is very inefficient and slow. For example, if you order off the menu for breakfast (like an omelette) be prepared to wait an inappropriate time or even not get your order.

GGuest UserSituated less than a minute from Davos Dorf station means that getting to and from the hotel is very easy. Four of us stayed for a business trip and snowboarded every day. The P****nn station (and lift pass office) is a five minute walk away, and if you use to train to get to the friendly little resort of Rinerhorn then it couldn't be easier. The hotel is clean and the I rank this as one of the hotels with the friendliest staff encountered. They really couldn't do more for us and even provided a packed lunch for our journey home at the end of the trip. The breakfast buffet was fresh and healthy and the restaurant in the evening was first class. Highly recommeneded if you like a hotel that's has a family run feel, is slightly away from the hustle of the town centre and in easy reach of ski locations.

Davos Klosters is an amazing place, and perfect to go discover yourself and find a beautiful secluded bbq on a water stream with a few deer watching you from a distance.
