有了二寶，我們幾乎每年都會來花水灣第一村泡温泉。這次我們6大2小訂了B區3個房間，都給我們升級到A區。房間更大，設施設備更新了。温泉池室內室外有20來個，還有個大泳池，13樓還有個雲端泳池。去年小寶不會游泳，不敢放開玩，今年暑假學會了游泳，就放飛自我了，泡完各個温泉池，就一直在泳池玩（本來我們頭天在紅珠山温泉酒店已經泡了温泉，孩子覺得沒有盡興，要求再來花水灣泡温泉）。早餐菜品比較豐富，孩子很喜歡。衹是孩子1.2米以上就算大人這點有點小遺憾。

這家酒店屬於不會第二次入住的，到了才發現和旁邊的温德姆酒店是一家的，在同一個總枱辦理入住，在網上訂購的私湯房到前台辦理手續時告知衹能使用一次，到房間一打開門撲鼻來的潮濕和黴味，洗手枱用着還要漏水，早餐就更不用提了人很多菜很少我是週二辦理的入住週三早上吃的早餐（是我吃過最差的早餐），各種環節體驗感都太差了

每次到花水灣都住“第一村”。温泉池子很多，大人泡温泉，小孩子耍水都可以滿足。房間裝修升級，安裝了智能馬桶，打掃得也很乾凈。早餐比較豐富，麪條味道很好。

酒店位置好找，服務也好。帶娃娃出遊也很方便，室內温泉，室外温泉都有，還有很長的玻璃游泳池。娃娃玩的很開心。

設施設備先進，衞生間乾濕分離，前台，客房及餐廳的服務員都非常熱情好客。這次帶父母登山後下榻貴酒店泡温泉♨️，前台小姐姐給免費升級了房型，讓長者孩子特別滿意，體驗感極佳，以後還會常來入住。

房間一定要定有陽台的 舒服很多 沒有陽台的感覺不那麼舒服 地毯老舊了 建議後續升級木地板乾淨好打理，早餐萬年不變 比起同價位酒店早餐品種很少，泳池衞生公共區域走廊需要加強 （樓梯間走廊有異味）地毯老舊了（寵物尿騷），酒店那麼大內部應當適當升級設施了 ，各個平台訂購的價格和房型推送不一樣（A區，B區介紹不詳細，有包兩份早餐，有包3份早餐我，有不帶早餐的，這裏面有一點點套路）酒店最方便的地方是泡温泉方便電梯二樓下去直達，總體來説還是希望酒店越來越好。
