Great experience at MV Acosta hotel. Offbeat location. Calm and quite, neat and clean property. Great place for a relaxing trip. i recommend this property even best property is Mussoorie.Very nice and cooperation staff, mountain view from hotel made your day. It's amazing to stay here.

Mr. Sanjeev Malik, GM of the hotel is the most rude person ever met.Booked here for 3 days. Due to emergency needed to return back a day after but was asked to pay 2 day rent... Misbehaved with the family ladies, Got settled after calling police. But fortfeited our rent of 1 day... Never recommend to anyone... Worst service...... Big NO.

I did not stay in this hotel in particular however, on my return from temple I requested the reception to use their toilet which they categorically denied. They stated "management has not allowed us for visitors to use the toilet in the hotel". I was surprised and told them its basic hospitality and courtesy, but the person denied. A hotel not allowing someone to use their toilet. Such a shame and pathetic behaviour. Even the law (Indian Sarai's act 1867) gives us the right to use the toilets and get access to water in any hotel. Will definitely see where else can I raise my voice against this.
