Hi, I had the terrible experience of booking a hotel room through the fab. I booked an executive room for 3700 /- per night, for 3+1. But when went there and saw, I would see the room was hardly good for two people. I cancelled the room from the hotel but they are not willing to pay back the advance which I paid for them. On asking they are saying you are calling after a long time. The expereince I had with them was horrible, they are unprofessional and cheaters. They need to take moral responsibility and pay back the money. Before booking, I asked about parking and they said it is three stars when I saw the hotel, there was they was no space for parking. The basement had some space, you cannot even turn vehicles in it. False promises and false justification is a mode of operndus.
