Do not book this hotel. Booked several days early and was confirmed. But less then 24hrs prior to the check in they cancelled saying they sold our room. No real compensation provided except a couple trip coins in the amount of $20 and a 5-7 business day wait on the refund

This place is a total dump. Well located but the room was disgusting. Trash in the drawers and the carpet was sticky. Smelled like death. On the plus side, plenty of hot water.

Everyone was so nice! Yvette at the front desk started our started our trip out on an excellent note! Yvette was so friendly and kind. Every person we encountered working in this hotel were awesome! First time in a long time that we've had such great customer service. Our room was clean and comfy and fully stocked with what we needed. To be an older hotel, everything was in excellent working order and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is pretty basic, but they did offer a daily shuttle to downtown and a hot breakfast each morning. Also, the service was great. Everyone at the front desk was nice, especially Steve. The shuttle drivers were great! Very kind, gave us suggestions where to go, and took us to the airport and which made our stay more enjoyable. Thanks to all the staff we encountered!

Room had a weird smell to it mostly smoke even though it claimed to be non smoking. Entire lobby smelled like **** every time you through. Breakfast didn't have plates or forks
