This hotel is unreliable. When I arrived at around 10pm, I was told that the room was no longer available. I kept apologizing and said that I would transfer to another hotel of the same company, which was walking distance away, but it took more than 10 minutes to get there by tuk-tuk. Isn’t this selling dog meat over sheep’s heads?

Forgive me, I only remember Rubel Khan. He is really a good man. He is an excellent and handsome guy. The restaurant on the 6th floor is also delicious and the waiters are super nice.

It's an apartment hotel. The lobby is very new. The room is a bit old. There are no towels. The environment is so-so. I live on the second floor and it's not very ventilated. Breakfast is on the 6th floor. There are not many varieties and it is average. Because my English is not very fluent, some waiters are not very patient.

A nice hotel and rooftop restaurant with good choice of food. Only issue was the noise at night, couldn’t sleep well, had to get earplugs but still felt the noise and vibration from the vehicles. Spoke to the manager, apparently I was given the quietest room!
Manager said, they are working on putting double glazed windows to reduce the noise. Bought some stuff from the hotel ground floor shops. Rooftop restaurant could be fenced with high clear glass wall to reduce noise so that customers don’t need speak loudly during a conversation. May consider coming back again due to good customer service.

Second hotel I stayed in Dhaka and it was a lifesaver! The hotel is new and very clean. I stayed in a single room with a twin bed but it was more than enough for me and my belongings. Plenty of hot water in the shower and the wifi worked well. The room has a smart tv which allows you to stream Netflix and YouTube. Since I stayed during the chaotic election weekend, the breakfast buffet wasn’t provided but the staff offered a complimentary breakfast of my choosing from their menu which I very much appreciated and enjoyed! Staff are very friendly and the hotel felt very secure.
