It is convenient to travel, 200 meters away from the commercial street. Currently, Shijie has become much more popular after a major renovation! The hotel has tea! It's not a main road, so it's still very quiet! The price is okay and the sheets and duvet covers are very clean.

I came here from Huizhou to drive by myself. The parking lot here is convenient for parking and there are many parking spaces. The biggest feeling of living here is that the service is good, the air conditioner is turned on in advance, the free water is unlimited, the front desk is served with tea, and the manager also sent me cigarettes. Because the client was relatively close to Dongguan Station, he searched for a hotel next to the train station for a long time and settled on this one. The location was pretty good and it was only 1 kilometer away from the train station.
The hotel facilities are relatively complete and the rooms are quite clean. The only drawback is that there seems to be no delicious food nearby. If you want to eat, you have to go to the train station. There are many delicious food.

It is just a few hundred meters away from Exit C of Dongguan Station. The surrounding area is not a residential area and is a bit deserted, but the room is very satisfactory. It is quite big, clean and tidy, the air is fresh, the bedding and facilities are very new, and the bathroom is divided into wet and dry areas. The hot water is very good and the air conditioner works great. The lobby also has self-service water, snacks, and souvenirs, which is very warm.

The first time I checked in, the room type was the same as the one shown in the purchase pictures. The price comparison is very good. I will definitely choose Kingston again if I come to Shilong. The living experience in room 8402 is very good. I like the fried rice noodles for breakfast on the third floor. It is convenient to eat, drink and take public transportation nearby. A very nice hotel with convenient parking, right on the road. On such a hot day, the cold herbal tea is served at the front desk as soon as you enter the store. This is an unexpected surprise. The front desk is very responsible and takes pictures when you scan the QR code to check in. It feels very safe. The room was nice. I stayed on a high floor. I could sit on the window sill and enjoy the river view. It was a very pleasant environment. The sanitation is quick and tidy. Overall it's pretty good. I recommend staying here and hope it can be maintained.

The position of the hotel is quite near to the Dongguan factories in Qishi and Shipai town (about 1 hour by car) and it's half hour from Changping train station.
Breakfast is good, there is a wide choice of both Western and Chinese dishes.
There is a very good Chinese restaurant inside the hotel and also the buffet is quite good.
The rooms and the common areas are clean.

MMr. MoThis is definitely the best hotel in the area that offers the most value, and I’ve stayed in more expensive ones.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. All smiles, and the atmosphere is just happy.
The location is amazing. Right in the middle of the market and food street, and a Mac Donald’s very close by. There is even a swimming pool, KTV, and pool tables right next door.
They have a fridge. Yes, for this price they have a fridge. They have a nice small gym and a laundry room for your clothes.
The rooms are clean and well decorated. The beds and pillow are super comfy. Each bed has a soft and a hard pillow. Amazing for those with neck pain.
The hotel is big, clean, with lots of walking room and socializing areas, a bar, and even a coffee counter for the caffeine *******.
If you smoke (I don’t) there are even some smoking rooms.
If you’re in that area, that’s where you should stay.

Request being served at nice and fast manner which is highly appreciated. Lots of activities for kids. Just some activities need to be charged additionally and I will suggest hotel can offer discount for guests who stay in hotel.
Plenty of choice of breakfast but when getting crazy when lots of guest going to have breakfast at the same time. Lack of food. Suggest hotel can assign some time slot for guests so divide guests into groups to avoid having breakfast at the same time.
Due to hotel is large, lifts are provided at one side only. If i stay in the room far from the lift while I am going to the location downstairs just behind my room, I need to walk 10 mins to the lift and then another 10 mins to the location where i need to go.Highly suggest hotel can newly build some lifts in the other side of the building so guest (especially elderly need not walk long way).

The Chinese breakfast buffet had a lot of tasty options and even offered fried eggs and toast. I really enjoyed the fried pork dumplings and fried noodles! We will visit again!

DDuayun OgidiWhere to begin? The location of the hotel is very convenient and the building is beautiful. The staff of this hotel is the best of any hotel I've stayed in, in china! The bellhop ( Ethan) that greeted me and helped me with my bags was highly professional. The check in process was quick and the gentleman spoke English so it made the process very easy for me. I celebrated my birthday this past weekend at the hotel and the staff was so kind to leave a delicious cheesecake and card.

GGuest UserHotel location is very good, close to a supermarket, many restaurants and the subway station. Like some others have mentioned, soundproofing isn't enough noise from surrounding hawkers was heard during late night and early morning. The hotel building is small, so it seems all rooms are facing the main road. Room was of adequate size and nicely appointed, nice for short stay but not for long stay, due to lack of storage space (no safe and no freezer), and no proper working desk for business travellers. Being a small hotel means facilities are minimal, again fine for a short stay.
Check-in staff was EXTREMELY RUDE, particularly to guests holding non-PRC identity cards. The system was not able to automatically scan an old (but still valid) travel document, and the staff was extremely rude, and even attempted to ask the guest to leave. The same scanning problem did not occur in other hotel, so probably more trainings required to check-in staff regarding travel documents and their manner.

The projection TV has the same audio and video experience as a theater, but unfortunately it automatically shuts down after about half an hour, which is not pleasant!
The place is spacious and fully equipped.
The front desk does not provide full-time support. If you have a domestic phone call, there will be no problem.
