The location is in a building next to the company, and the lobby is directly connected to Arjaan Office Tower, which is very convenient. The price in the off-season is acceptable. We had booked for 3 nights. When we checked in, we were offered a room with a sea view for an additional charge. We were not told that there was a large construction site on the city side that was working until 11 p.m. and started again at 5 a.m. It was only after we complained that we were able to move. The new room was not of the same standard, however, as it did not have a balcony. Instead of giving us an upgrade, we were given a downgrade.
When booking tours, the city and desert tours offered as group tours were apparently no longer available, and we were recommended a much more expensive private tour. Probably because of the higher commission for the concierge. Since we wanted to see some of the city, we ultimately had no other choice. 😞
Finally, it should be mentioned: The hotel is located in a business district (Media City). Breakfast does not start until 6:30 a.m., but in most other hotels it starts at 6:00 a.m.
Since we had to leave at 6:00 a.m., we didn't get the breakfast we had booked and paid for on the day of departure.
Next time I'll book a room in the city center. This hotel is 17 kilometers outside the city.

Despite all the negotiations between the platform operators and the hotel, the hotel management refused to make any concessions in canceling/rescheduling the reservation. Although the reason was health status. For me, this is an indicator of a very low level of service; in such hotels, as a rule, it is impossible to solve any problems. The hotel is not customer service oriented. Of course, I will no longer book this place on my upcoming (later) trip and will never recommend it to anyone.
