Very uncomfortable sofa in the living room, not suitable for sleeping. Hot water runs out quickly. Otherwise, everything is excellent, location, staff, cleanliness, everything is super! We will definitely come back here!

Exceeded our expectations. All +++ throughout. Staff, cleanliness, rooms, service, food, all were amazing…The only one inconvenience if I were to name one, would be not being able to share the Rixos hallway to the pool/beach.
We will be back & will recommend to friends & family!

• I had an excellent experience with the reception with [Yassine] . He were exceptionally friendly, professional, and efficient. His warm welcome made my visit pleasant and hassle-free. Thank you for such outstanding service! For sure I’d come again and again. • Regarding the apartment it’s very clean and well organized but the only thing was the TV needs to be updated.

Sonder at JBR is amazing you have access to pretty much all the rixos amenities and anything else you may need is walkable. Restaurants, clubs, beaches, shops, many activities to experience!

Haben 13 Tage im Sonder verbracht und es konnte nicht besser werden. Alle Anfragen und Fragen wurden immer innerhalb weniger Minuten beantwortet oder ausgeführt.
Personal ist immer sehr professionell und nett.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Restons factuels La piscine n’appartient pas au SONDER et vous êtes traités comme un client de seconde zone par le personnel de la piscine qui est une société indépendante qui s’occupent plus de ses clients. Il y a des vols de sandales. On m’a volé mes sandales BALENCIAGA et un autre client s’est fait volé ses sandales GUCCI. Pour aller à la piscine pour adultes, il faut payer 100 dirhams ( grosse surprise) Le personnel SONDER est sur la défensive et est menaçant mais ont bcp de mal à mettre par écrit ce qu’ils énoncent comme règle À éviter car de meilleures offres existent au même tarif. J’ai raté mes vacances, dommage pour moi :(
